Location was great. Lovely staff. I was trying to save money this trip and breakfast was included. Normally I don't bother and just go out but this time round I opted to eat the food in the hotel. Really nice. Really flexible with their menu. Good quality grub and very relaxed atmosphere. Nice start to the day.
A key was included to a shared bathroom which was next to the general bathroom. The general bathroom was much nicer. I just used that instead. I would have preferred that as the included bathroom than the one that came with the room.

A very comfy bed, nice amd quiet hotel near beach and short stroll into town. Plenty of places to wat and drink nearby. Outstanding breakfast and friendly staff
It was very pricey £200 a night for double room (due to pride weekend -prices were bumped right up)

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, and if you want to be close to the beach this is the place to stay
No air conditioning but this is an old building so have A/C would be very difficult

on arrival we were meet with kindness and a warmth like we were family and nothing was too much trouble. after a long drive from cambridge is was lovely to be welcomed We will diffently be coming back and bring our son too
if we had to say what we didn't like... it would be that we would have liked to stay longer and that's on us And the room was warm but again we can't control the weather

a pleasant accommodation. My room overlooked the park with a pleasant view. Shower facilities were good.

All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful. We arrived early and although our room was not yet ready, we were able to leave our bags with reception which meant we could explore Brighton without pulling cases. Once checked in the room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. There was also a fan in the room which, given the heat of the summer so far, was really welcome! Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice including both vegetarian and vegan options.

The manager was so very nice when we arrived. Room lovely and clean , Staff friendly . When leaving the manager was very kind , looked after our cases until we had to go to catch our coach . Would definitely return .
To be honest there isnt anything I can comment on apart from i didn't like that our stay was over to quickly and would have loved to stay longer
