A very clean comfortable room that had all I needed for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions or requests I had, they went out of their way to accommodate me, Highly recommend this place and very affordable too, right by the ocean, amazing.

The location and view were amazing. Right on the corner overlooking the beach and the pier
The room was grubby, the windows didn’t seal so even when they were closed it sounded like they were open. Whenever I used the shower it flooded the bathroom floor. Fan is more like a wind turbine; far too loud to sleep with it on

Their staff is very rude. They don’t care about the people staying in their hotel. According to their staff, if at night you struggle with something (even if it’s about the guest is locked out and can’t go inside), don’t disturb then because “after 9 pm they sleep like baby.”- this is what the receptionist said in the morning.
We got locked out because of their complex check in. In their welcome message they gave us one emergency number, and during this emergency when we called this number, the man on service replied to me “we are busy doing something whenever we will finish this job we will come to help you.” And they hang up the call. IT WAS ALREADY 12:45 am. We called them again, they said “if you keep calling me like this, either i will hang up the call again or i will not come at all to help you”. We knew that this emergency number is not gonna help us so meanwhile i was trying to contact them through booking.com. Bellow are the screenshots of the result we got from the hotel.
Hotel is really very cheap with rates as well as from inside. There were small hair on the towel (don’t know whether it was from head or somewhere else.)
They take £46 and give you a room in basement where there is no air. I am asthmatic and felt suffocating but there was no one to help us. As the emergency wanted to finish their duty and receptionist sleeps like baby after 9, so we knee that we will receive no help. Anyhow we managed until morning.
By the way, after receiving no help we found the way by ourselves. But it could be a great help, if they replied to us on booking.com.
When we told the receptionist in the morning, he replied “ I SAW YOUR MESSAGES AT NIGHT BUT I WAS SLEEPING LIKE A BABY, WHO WILL REPLY TO YOU AFTER 9pm BECAUSE PEOPLE SLEEP THIS TIME.”
Sorry hotel Central wave, you wasting your money in giving salaries to your careless staff.

The room was dated and the window was rotten.
The bed sheets were clean although some small stains.

Everything !!! Was really smelly I couldn’t sleep with the horrible smell . I feel the pillows aren’t even washed . Too much noise super loud . At 1:30 am my tv switched on while I was sleeping and was very loud , scared me ! And during all night was like ppl were moving furniture was impossible to sleep

I'm not one for leaving reviews but feel I have to on this occasion: I liked the bed it was very comfortable indeed.
Well, I did not like the bathroom shower as you can't move it like other showers in hotels, which can be positioned or taken off and used manually.
The door to the bathroom was broken fully, and you could not close it as the runners were broken, when using the toilet, or taking a shower & when I had my 11-year-old daughter here in Room 26 for 2 nights.. Let's say she's never seen male genitals ever and never did, so had to order her to stay away while I, her father, took a shower. It was extremely uncomfortable.
The hotel room door was noisy & squeeky, so had to ask the cleaner the next day to pls put some oil WD40 or washing up liquid if he did not have the previous oil etc, just to stop the noise but there was no maintenance on that day but he said he will see what can be done, That 2nd night was OK oil or liquid was put on to stop the squeeking on the hinges.
The 1st night was very cold, heating was on, but very very warm on the radiators, even turned up high on the setting, they were warm I think they need bleeding to let air out, either that or heating is on timer at night all over, The bathroom radiator never worked.
So had to sleep in my tracksuit under the covers to keep warm.
At midnight & beyond I could hear upstairs walking around or getting in/out of bed, & walking around & When other residents walked in late, they'd let the doors leading to the room slam shut, whereas myself i knew of this so held the door to close quietly as not to annoy other residents sleeping in late. I did go out several times to smoke. The vibrations at our door when residents came in were noisy & would vibrate in our room. It was very annoying.
Also, and this is quite serious, the linen store outside our room door was wide open on the first night.
The electric socket was faulty, had to buy an extension cable to use, as sockets in the wrong place for kettles fridges, chargers, laptops, etc. The bathroom door is dirty and broken.

Great location for the money . The host was very friendly when messaging .
The bed was comfortable and the room was warm .
Nothing to complain in that respect.
Two nights in a row I had very little sleep due to a group of young chap’s having their music blasting out at 4 am , presumably after a night out. So I was exhausted both mornings afterwards.
