the staff was nice and it was a good location

Do not stay here, I checked back out of the hotel within an hour of arriving. I booked a single bed room for a night and felt incredibly unsafe, the locks looked like they had been tampered with. The entire room and bathroom were unclean and the bedding smelled too. The noise of other guests coming in to the venue was overwhelming and I could hear the people next door taking in their room. Absolutely do not recommend, other reviews have even stated finding bed bugs.

Low price. Its not easy to find something reasonably priced in Brighton and Hove area so the rate was really competetive and I appreciate that.
It was a bit run down and the room was tiny but again for this price cant complain really.

the location was great
the heating was not on, and was freezing.
the shower - whenever you tried to put the cold tap on with the hot it would be freezing, so was made to just have it with the hot tap on. which was beyond burning.

the location is okay thats just about it
unfortunately the property is looking worst for wear including ripped carpets, holes in the walls and our curtains kept flying due to there being massive gaps in the windows which also made us freezing through the night. the duvet if you can call it that was as thin as paper it added no warmth at all.
