The location was great, and the area was a silent place. Dark room, so in extreme heat, I did not feel exhausted. However, I could not find a fan or AC... it was a minus point, and at the end of it... after my checkout, staff DM'ed me about how they cannot find a fan in the room. However, there was not a fan at the beginning.
Absence of a mini-freezer and a fan or AC. It affected my stay there. No elevator as well... Thankfully, my room was not upstairs. So I did not have to carry all my luggage from the stairs. Even tho, its self-check-in system, I should be able to call or reach the staff, like a ring, and not by sending an email.

I stayed in a double room(56) which was at the top and back of the hotel and was nice and quiet, as well as clean and well equipped. My friend stayed in room 58 which was a single and also clean. Getting in to the hotel was easy as was getting into our rooms despite reception being closed.
I did not realise that single rooms have a shower but no toilet! This meant my friend had to go down two flights of stairs to use the shared toilet in the night. She said there was a lot of noise from the wind rattling her window as well (it was a very windy night!)

Location very good. No breakfast. Room just in the average. No lift (3rd floor). No reception, only code for the main door and for the room (Master lock box for the key!). No blinds. Cold (heating system stopped)
No heating system, no lift to go up the 3rd floor, cold room

I liked the bed and the view.
I dont really like the curtain. Should atleast put 3 curtains there and not just 2, it will not cover the window properly.

Poor
Checked in late.Never received the email for exterior door.Eventually I was assisted by another guest.Room was filthy. No staff...Was far more expensive than I expected....Won't be repeating the experience.
Communication between Booking.com and the accommodation staff, was appalling.

I have stayed in this place twice and will book again. It is very reasonably priced and right by the sea front. The decor is simple but all you need is there .

Very Poor
Another guest pissed against our door leaking into our room. When emailing the hotel they claimed they could not smell anything and that there was no CCTV to check. No refund, had to leave at 6AM to avoid sleeping next to piss

The location and view were amazing. Right on the corner overlooking the beach and the pier
The room was grubby, the windows didn’t seal so even when they were closed it sounded like they were open. Whenever I used the shower it flooded the bathroom floor. Fan is more like a wind turbine; far too loud to sleep with it on

Their staff is very rude. They don’t care about the people staying in their hotel. According to their staff, if at night you struggle with something (even if it’s about the guest is locked out and can’t go inside), don’t disturb then because “after 9 pm they sleep like baby.”- this is what the receptionist said in the morning.
We got locked out because of their complex check in. In their welcome message they gave us one emergency number, and during this emergency when we called this number, the man on service replied to me “we are busy doing something whenever we will finish this job we will come to help you.” And they hang up the call. IT WAS ALREADY 12:45 am. We called them again, they said “if you keep calling me like this, either i will hang up the call again or i will not come at all to help you”. We knew that this emergency number is not gonna help us so meanwhile i was trying to contact them through booking.com. Bellow are the screenshots of the result we got from the hotel.
Hotel is really very cheap with rates as well as from inside. There were small hair on the towel (don’t know whether it was from head or somewhere else.)
They take £46 and give you a room in basement where there is no air. I am asthmatic and felt suffocating but there was no one to help us. As the emergency wanted to finish their duty and receptionist sleeps like baby after 9, so we knee that we will receive no help. Anyhow we managed until morning.
By the way, after receiving no help we found the way by ourselves. But it could be a great help, if they replied to us on booking.com.
When we told the receptionist in the morning, he replied “ I SAW YOUR MESSAGES AT NIGHT BUT I WAS SLEEPING LIKE A BABY, WHO WILL REPLY TO YOU AFTER 9pm BECAUSE PEOPLE SLEEP THIS TIME.”
Sorry hotel Central wave, you wasting your money in giving salaries to your careless staff.

A very clean comfortable room that had all I needed for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions or requests I had, they went out of their way to accommodate me, Highly recommend this place and very affordable too, right by the ocean, amazing.
