Poor
It was in the beachfront. That’s about it
Extremely expensive. £380 a night for ambeingstuffed into a dilapidated poorly decorated extension to the main building. Torn carpets. Rubbish room. Bed damaged. Carpet torn and stained. Mould in bathroom.
Key repeatedly needing recoded at reception.
Poor bar. No lounge really. Staff ok ish but nothing to recommend it. It would be ok it a simple B&B but advertised as more than that. I guess they always are but seldom am I this let down.
Hey I got a bed and a shower. That’s all it had going for it. Kinda robbed

Clean and great location
Unbearably hot in our room, difficult to sleep and only a couple of desk fans to cool it down

Poor
Good location
Very dirty, unclean and old. I was shocked by the conditions in the hotel. I have not seen such amount of dirt and dust in the hotels for a long time.

"I made this video, and I'm going to upload it on Instagram. The room is absolutely beautiful, and the sea view is amazing."

Very Good
Location of the hotel was perfect for walking in the coast. Very happy with the help and support of a gentleman called Lewis at reception who was very helpful with my issues
I didn’t like the fact I had to move rooms 3 times , as the standard of room I paid for came with two single beds pushed together and not single double bed

Great location, stylish hotel, very comfortable, helpful staff
One lift out of order, which was the one to our floor - meant we had to use some stairs with luggage

Fair
Amazing staff who were all very attentive, particularly during breakfast and in the bar.
Bathroom in our room was not fit for purpose unless you were a child! No room to move, constantly knocking toilet roll off holder and neither myself or partner could shower with the door closed as it was far too small for an adult. Room was also too hot, couldn't open window due to pigeons nesting and relied on a fan.

Staff were great
Starting with booking we chose this as it said on site parking, after conformation we discovered it was chargeable at £18 a day and not guaranteed, we would have chosen a different hotel had we known and as a consequence decided to travel by train.
The room had an "inland view" which was a widow half obscured by a concrete pillar outside and the view was the concrete external fire escape compete with nesting pigeons. The modular bed furniture had no sockets despite all images on the site showing that they did. The available sockets were on the opposite wall to the bed. The en suite was a very narrow corridor. I did speak to reception about the room and there was only one alternative available and that was worse.
The bar tariff that I checked before buying a drink was out of date and I was charged more, the bar staff said that the prices went up in April.
Overall a disappointing hotel and certainly not the 4/5 stars indicated. I would put it at a mediocre 3 star and thus not good value for money.

Nice room, breakfast good, great location
Parking expensive and quite far from the hotel. Though you were able to park outside to unload luggage

Staff were amazing, the hotel was very clean and of a great standard as expected.
Breakfast was well presented and was all freshly cooked yummy.
Had to use public car park at £50 for our overnight stay as hotel car park was full and this was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel.
