Wonderful
Lovely room overlooking the Marina. Excellent breakfast freshly cooked.
People on what appeared to be a business meeting were smoking on the outdoor shared balcony. This was very annoying.

The location, the beds were comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful.
The towels weren't changed, the tea, coffee and water wasn't replaced, toilet rolls weren't replaced on the day we requested the rooms to be cleaned.

Very Good
The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had one suite and one standard room. The suite had some excellent features and a fabulous balcony looking out over the harbour. We had a fabulous meal the second night we stayed and the waiter was brilliant.
The one thing that let it down was the breakfast. The lady serving us gave us the wrong order twice and almost looked put out the first time and we didn’t bother correcting it the second time. It felt uncomfortable and rushed.
