We had paid in advance for a meal and breakfast. After booing I was informed there was now a Japanese experience. I phoned reception and explained we did not like this type of food and they assured me there would be English options available. On our arrival this was not so we tried some but could not eat most of it which was a waste but it then proved to be the case we were charged ex extra £45 for food over and above the fees we had already paid.
We may not come again even though we love the hotel and come several timed a year and most certainly will never eat there again

The room was basic and small and if I'm to be totally honest it was a bit dirty, marks on the fabric bed , chips out of the furniture and walls etc
