Every member of staff I spoke to - from reception to the bar and restaurant - was exceptional in their service.
Although the marina is nice, I’d have liked to be closer to the beaches and shops in Brighton centre

Perfect location, not too far from Brighton centre, plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff made some effort by decorating the room with a card and balloons for my birthday.

Beautiful clean, spacious and charismatic room. A lovely personal touch with a birthday card, it’s a really lovely hotel and all the staff at reception were extremely friendly.

Rooms were clean with good facilities. Views from the bar were nice.
Staff were a bit abrupt and not overly welcoming or helpful. Bar staff weren’t switched on or knowledgeable.

Friendly staff, options for free drinks and general vibe of the hotel
The room we were in had a wet room style shower with no door/ curtain or shower screen. A lot of the water would drain onto the floor and make the floor towel very wet. Fortunately this can be replaced daily but it was a bit of hassle as we opted for no room service in exchange for a free drink.

I liked the location of the hotel, the beach pathway to Brighton beach made is a pleasant walk and how welcoming the staff were, very helpful indeed. The touches with the dog bed, bowl and treat bag was super. The outside area for the dog was good too, a nice unexpected bonus. Also parking included at the hotel, especially for Brighton was excellent.
I would say didn’t like as such... But felt the bar food was a bit ‘ordinary’ plus the bar area was really cold. The room was a little dirty, few cob webs in the top corners, but that’s me being very particular.

Excellent location Taxi into Brighton for £8 and lovely walk back Staff very helpful and friendly Delicious cocktails on the terrace overlooking marina Dogs made very welcome and catered for Doggy goody bag provided with dog bed and feeding bowls
Attention to detail needed. Some areas not clean in room Breakfast mediocre dry pastries though cooked breakfast good No plates or hot water for tea

The choices available at breakfast was excellent.
On the first morning no provision had been made for people with pets who had to sit in the bar area. No tables laid, no cutlery, no menu. We had to search out a staff member to get served. Day two was better

Dusting is awful water marks on shower doors and tiles kettle full of lime scale carpet edges have not been done for months disgusting room 345
