Very Good
Location, comfortable bed, close to to the sea, food at the restaurant, staff very friendly and communicative and helpful.
The room was extremely small, the floor was making noise when walking in the room, rooms very close so you can hear other people slamming the doors or walking on the hallway, they take your card details at the checking in to charge you in case the room has any damages, but this is not specified at the booking stage - you must take pictures/ video of everything when arrive in the room, just in case. The bathroom is also very small and you can barely move inside the shower cabin.

Such nice staff! Room was extremely basic but very clean! I’d have loved air con but I think that might be a stretch in a Victorian building! Soap smelt nice and there were plenty of hangers. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the linen was crisp and fresh. I wasn’t disturbed at all by the bar as I was on the second floor. The single room I stayed in is probably ready for a new lick of paint but I couldn’t fault the cleanliness at all. I think it was excellent value for money.
Marks on the walls- could do with a repaint

Fair
Location was good. Very noisy by a vent outside the window. Breakfast was very slow and we waited a long time which was a shame.

Wonderful
Close to the beach (a short walk over the road). Friendly staff in the reception area, especially.
I had no issues. Was a pleasant stay. Some users might struggle with the noise from downstairs, but I feel this comes with the territory of the venue, especially given it has a number of themed nights on. For anyone who struggles with light sleep (ear buds were provided), maybe you could request to be on Floor 2 or higher.

Modern, v clean and great location. Staff were kind and helpful.
Unfortunately our room was located above the main entrance and the talking/music til early hours of the next morning significantly impacted ability to sleep.
