The was quite nice
I had been rudely awakening by staff. I understand that there is a check out time. However I was having a mental health episode. I wanted to kill myself and just asked for a little time to calm down. The staff kept constant lly upsetting me. They have also said I left the room in a state. It was absolutely not.

It took 30 minutes to open the door, the phone number provided in booking is not working the msg box is full. You have to write an email to get the code to enter. No pressure at all in the shower in the room. There is another shower in the corridor we used that one it was barely better
