So central for everything. Staff were so friendly and the room was cleaned daily. The best view from the bay window it was lovely!!!!

You get what you pay for and this was adequate. The bed was rock hard and the 1 pillow uncomfortable. Do yourself a favour and skip Brighton altogether.
The property was average!!

I was given a basement room, which is no where in your website. It was my daughter's birthday and we didn't enjoy at all.
Next day a lovely lady from reception did transfer us to the top floor, and thank you for the. But we almost finished our stay so it was not worth.

Close to the beach and town centre
Stayed here before and will do again when I go to Brighton. Breakfast was lovely too

well presented looked clean and tidy for its age
the bed was too short i am 6ft 2inches and my feet hung over the end of the bed
water pressure in the shower was low
window cill spikes where missing and pigeons where sitting on the window ledge room 309
lift was very bumpy and slow could do with upgrading

Staff were friendly & breakfast was nice… if served a bit later than advertised
Booked due to location & parking. Didn’t know parking was very limited & cost extra. Room was very dated with a huge slope in the floor

Reception staff very cheerful, pleasant and helpful. Bed comfortable and slept very well. Didn't take breakfast.
Didn't use full facilities, can only comment on room which was smaller than expected. Main complaint was bathroom, small, water pressure very poor which meant ineffective/useless shower, nasty exposed pipework next to washbasin showing corroded earth wire. Overall the common areas could do with some attention and a lick of paint.

Very comfortable bedding
Really convenient location
On site parking
It’s quite pricey
We were prepared to pay £25 extra per night for parking
But after checkout at 12 we requested to stay parked an additional 2 hours for us to get lunch before leaving the city (on a Wednesday and there was plenty of spaces in the car park) and I found it exaggerate to charge £7.50
This could have been waived and it would have been excellent customer service
Having said that we’re likely to stay there again next time anyway
