Fairly standard double room. Clean and comfortable. Expensive but then it is a seafront hotel so guess this is to be expected.
We were there on a hot summer day and the room was *very* warm. Window could only be opened a very small amount so the room stayed hot throughout.

Just simply the location and that they have accommodated our request to be placed in a high floor. Thank you for that.
You can tell that the room is worn out. There's no complimentary bottled water included. Im not sure if we can drink from the tap cause there's no info about it.
Im not also sure if the room was totally cleaned as the carpet seems dirty and dusty.
We left our bags in the reception as we want to stroll around the city since our room is not yet ready. They accommodated us but there were no luggage tags. This can lead to some stealing concerns.

Check in staff were very helpful.
Couldn’t check in until 3pm, but we were allowed to leave luggage in secure area.
First impressions were good
Couldn’t reserve car parking space, but managed to get the last one. Very tight space and cost £25.
Room was on the small side, with 3 single beds.
Room very hot and old fashioned sash windows were in poor condition and only opened about 10 inches. One wouldn’t stay open.
No Air conditioning, although we did find a fan in the morning.
Blind in bathroom broken, although there was a notice explaining that.
Headboards had dirty/greasy head marks as they were a cream colour and the beds were so hard, had to sleep on top of the duvet.

The room was small but lovely that it overlooked the beach. Breakfast was help yourself and had much to offer but you needed to ask to get it replenished. The location is wonderful - far enough away from all the wonderful noisy action but close enough to stroll along in 10 minutes to get to.
It was very, very expensive and the only reason I booked it was because I had a last minute appointment in Brighton. I love Brighton and will be returning with my wife again. I wont be staying here if the prices remain the same. A shame as we did like it

Good location.
I booked the hotel as it said it had parking. Few days before trip, discover that parking is not guaranteed and there is a charge. When we got there discovered the spaces were smaller than normal, so pretty impossible to park and then get out of the vehicle without damage. Disappointing and had to park elsewhere. I may have chosen another hotel in first place if I knew this.

The room was spacious and with a good temperature, beds were really comfortable.
The iron was not that good, we couldn't iron shirts properly.

Location perfect. Staff very helpful. Limited parking, close to hotel but only a few spaces -we were lucky and got one.
Rooms v basic. No air conditioning and temperature in room was hotter that outside. Small double bed and a decor v tired.
