Smelt wonderful as I walked in and the staff were so pleasant even on my 2 am arrival.
From from the reception, the lifts, hallways and eventually room were beautifully clean and modern, basically everything looked and felt new! PS the beds and pillows were fantastic!

Very handy location and the room was surprisingly quiet for a hotel close to the centre and station. Large room and comfortable bed

The room - cosy and clean. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet - no outside noise and the black out curtains helped for a really good night's rest. I loved the smell of the shower gel too!
The shower knob fell off but I reported it. This was a minor. Can't complain as unlike some places, the show water was hot instead of lukewarm!
