Very convenient location, right by the station, but still very peaceful. We visit regularly and always have a great stay.
Paying for parking at the station is very complicated, so beware.

The rooms were cleaned very well.
The breakfast was very poorly organised. Too many guests and not enough tables. Imagine wandering around with a plate full of food looking for a table. I got one after 5 minutes thankfully. The staff in the breakfast were extremely unhelpful and completely disinterested. It's the second time I've stayed here and the second bad experience in the breakfast area. I won't stay here again.

Breakfast excellent,great staff throughout our stay.The only thing was that there was no decaf coffee option on coffee machines, only powdered instant. I raised this with one of the breakfast team who was kind enough to make me a real coffee in the bar area.
Bed and bed linen was excellent,but the quilt was far too heavy for the warmer weather which affected our sleep.Apart from that the towels were fluffy and toiletries good.

The room was spacious, bathroom clean. Plenty of mirrors and the window opened slightly to get some fresh air when needed. The Location was great! Only a short walk to the Lanes with lots of different restaurants and shops.
The aircon was a bit fiddly to work, the air got quite stuffy overnight. No fridge, so when the room is warm drinks were not kept cold.

Great location, clean and comfortable room and friendly professional staff
A small gripe - shower wasn't super warm and dispensers were awkward to work as barely got any shower gel out. Only a small issue
