The staff provided an excellent level of service. The receptionist at both check-in and check-out was exceptionally helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable, contributing significantly to a welcoming experience. The hotel’s seafront location is also a major asset, offering convenient access and pleasant surroundings. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with high-quality food and an impressive range of options available.
The bath showed evidence of multiple repairs and visible rust along the edge. Additionally, the pillows were very firm, which affected overall comfort. Sleep quality was further impacted by loud music outside the property, which continued until 1 a.m.

Very well located, easy access to the Lanes, Palace, pier and beach. The hotel restaurant was excellent but there were no shortage of other restaurants nearby. Excellent recommendation for a city break.
The spa and pool were a little lacklustre. The architecture isn't quite as elegant as the rest of the seafront. The parking is a bit expensive at £24 per day.
