Breakfast had a broad range of options to choose from.
Service was generally good, but staff could be more attentive in clearing tables quickly when it gets busy. Adding an extra cook for omelettes and crepes during peak hours would help manage the long lines.

Positioned well on the Waterfront. Staff were well trained and helpful
The VIN cards were failing continually throughout the hotel. On a 4 night stay we had to have them re- validated 6 times, each with a long walk to reception. The door was reset and the battery changes in the lock but it made no difference. At one point 4 rooms were having cards re- validated and it was a common conversation. Cards were distanced from phones but they still failed. Our room was vacated each day by 9:30 at the latest and clean me hangers left on the door handle but on 3 days out if 4 the rooms were not serviced within 6 hours. On challenging the maid on the corridor on one day she said It's Sunday we can't do them all! The room was not vacuumed at all during our stay and although all the furniture is raised to make cleaning easy there is thick dust beneath the dressing table and associated cupboard.

Saturday night noise until 2:30am. Our room was at the front on 4th floor. The bars are not visible because they are under the arches below the road. A hotel nearer to the I-360 would have been a better choice.

Dirty pair of ladies pants in a carrier bag at the back of a drawer. Should have mentioned it to reception but was rather keener to bin the offending item.
