Lovely spacious room overlooking the Lanes . Great location fronting onto the seafront. Nice lobby area with bar. Parking underneath and very nice breakfast.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay
I didn’t like the net curtains in our room as they were a bit brown. You also couldn’t open the window properly to let a bit of air in the room unlike the room next door which we had in April.

We had a fantastic stay in this brilliant hotel, with 17 of us for a big family birthday celebration over the May bank holiday weekend. It's our third year of coming, so Jerome and his team are obviously really looking after us! The location of the hotel is just perfect - out of the front door you're directly on the sea front, and out of the back, you're in the heart of the Lanes shopping district. We had a wonderful meal in the fantastic care of Angela and Luke (thankyou both for making our evening so special). I'm sure we'll be back.
We had a bit of a to-ing and fro-ing booking the meal in advance... we were a big party, so understandably we needed to make menu choices before we arrived, and that wasn't the smoothest process.

Good location as near the conference room I travelled for. Nice to have a swimming pool. Good quality bed, had a good night sleep.

The outside looks a little bleak but you will be surprised and happy with to walk in and see the lovely surroundings. Check in was super smooth and staff were amazingly helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable - the bed was incredible! Will 100% be back!

Its position is fantastic
There was a lack of attention to detail for instance the website said you could access the car park through the hotel entrance however this was boarded off when you got there. Also lots of little things like they left dirty cups and glasses in the room when they should’ve been changed. Also, the keys kept deregistering. It was also unclear as to whether they supplied water for the room some days they did some days they didn’t. After one day I had to move rooms as they had a dripping shower which apparently couldn’t be fixed easily, which meant on the first night I had a bad night sleep

The staff in the gym/spa on 5.5.2025 wasn’t very welcoming. He was giving us racist vibes. He kept looking and talking to other people about us. We felt so uncomfortable that my daughter left early.
