The daily cleaning of the room. The working air condtiioner after a hot day. Proximity to the seafront and the lanes. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of things to choose from.
Housekeeping, forgot to empty the bin in our room on the second day of our stay so, rubbish ended up on the floor round the bin.

Location was good. Breakfast we good
Order steaks which has to be to the room as restaurant closes early on a friday. Delivered without cutlery so ended up having cold food. Not ideal as steaks costs around £50

The breakfast and location were excellent
The fact that both of our key cards stopped working.
Our daughter and family also had the same problem which was not funny when they came back at 1.30 am and their key cards wouldn’t work so they had to phone me to let them into the room. I was babysitting in their room.

Very Good
Excellent location - close to the pier and local restaurants. The hotel lounge and restaurant overlook the sea! It's great to eat breakfast and watch the waves!
There was a mix-up when I received the wrong order from the restaurant for lunch. The head waitress apologised and gave me some vouchers for drinks. The staff are very attentive and kind.

Wonderful
The openness of the hotel reception and restaurants, with very pleasant staff giving a warm welcome whether on arrival or going for breakfast. Room was excellent and ideal for visiting the centre and seafront of Brighton.
Nothing, although we only had a short break so didn't experience the Spa facilities or Leo's restaurant in the evening.

Great location for the seafront, pier and town. Right above the car park. Staff were friendly. Small pool and gym but both seemed well kept and the staff were friendly.
Main thing was stained bedding.
