Tea and coffee facilities in room.
I thought breakfast was no better than in other more budget hotel.chains and thought £20 was quite a steep price.

It was very nice and relaxing.
There was only one problem and it was about the times for breakfast. It had said it finished at 11am but we went down there for 10am and they said they was closed. Luckily we got let in as we paid before! No other issues.

The view of Brighton front is lovely.
It seems you have to be careful when you book. In future, my first question will be,”Are you hosting a conference and if so how many people are attending?” I didn’t enjoy eating my breakfast in an armchair or a bench seat in front of a small table, which was the case due to the number of people in the hotel.

The location was great and the inside is a lovely design. The breakfast was lovely. The bar was terribly overpriced.
Value for money. I did not like the fact that there was no outside windows.

The location
The shower leaked everywhere in the bathroom causing a lot of water then leaking into the room , the staff was really un interested just stood behind reception on there phone we also had a young children running up and down the corridor as if a playground then they decided to smash on our bedroom door while my partner was trying to sleep and running away when I rung through it was oh sorry I’ll tell a manager

Very loud at night in the hallways, could do with more soundproofing and the bathroom/shower could do with being updated
