Room and bed fine.
Breakfast awful. Very slow,poor, disorganised service - ran out of coffee. Cooked breakfast came before cereal, croissants burnt, scrambled eggs hard (difficult to achieve!), steak inedible - knife wouldn't go through it.
Apart from that it was delicious!!!!!

The staff are friendly and the room was very clean. We like that there is parking and that it’s only a short drive to Brighton centre.
The room was hot but there was a fan so it wasn’t too much of a problem.

Great location. Easy parking.
Staff was super helpful and friendly.
Stairs to parking lot were not cleaned while we were there.
One of our rooms was really stuffy since it was hot. Staff tried to help but wasn’t much that could be done since the building is old and it was not safe to open the window more.

Sofa bed was made up with all bedding for my son to stay on. Room was fairly clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were accommodating.
The only bread option was sour dough, which is fine if you are only staying a night or so but we were there for many days and it blocked up my son’s tummy as he wasn’t getting enough fibre and made him quite poorly. Hotel was quite expensive considering how far out of town it was. There wasn’t a warning for hotel guests that smart dress was expected for dining. If there were some lower cost dinner options we would have eaten at the restaurant more but found we had to arrange to go elsewhere a fair amount.

Comfortable, modern bedrooms. Shower rather than bath, Great restaurant. Free on site car parking a boon in Brighton.
Breakfast a bit limited choice - especially no pastries/bread offerring, no cereals no fruit. A mini buffet of these basics would enhance breakfast considerably. Struck me as unimaginative.

On the outskirts of Brighton.
Run down. Didn’t a paint and proper clean. On the way up to the room the stairs looked like they have not been hovered for weeks
