Great location - just a few minutes from the train station and the sea front. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room was quiet despite Brighton being busy.

My adult daughter and myself stayed here with our little dog. It was such a lovely friendly hotel the staff was lovely and helpful. Our little dog was allowed anywhere in the hotel which was great. The breakfast was lovely.

The breakfast was very varied and lots of choice. Fresh and clean and if anything ran out the staff were happy to replenish the items.

Very quiet room for its busy location, our room was next to the lift but didn’t hear a thing during the night or from outside, excellent… will definitely be back now I know it’s dog friendly too ☺️

Near station.
Hair in the bathroom. The lead of the kettle is too short. The plug is too far.
Room left unclean 2nd night
Poor information about the fire alarm on Tuesday morning.
Reception asked too many questions. Any plans for tonight. Yes. Oh where are you going?
They assume that we go to Brighton essentially for entertainment.

The location is very convenient
Plastic bathroom, you need to watch it when you step down from the bathroom so that you don’t slip in the floor.
If you are unlucky you can also get a cellar room with no view.
