The room was a bit dusty but it didn't bother me too much. The toilet flush was partly broken but they fixed it the day after which was good. Only bad thing was the tv. It was sluggish, jumped back to home screen randomly. I would have wished for a more updated tv system. But overall it was ok, maybe a bit too pricy for the standard you get.
A cleaner room and better tv would have made it much more pleasant. When it comes to breakfast, maybe more observant staff to refill what has run out.

The property was good and convenient to the railway station and the city.
The Food I ordered on Friday Evening was a disgrace. I ordered a Burger and Sweet Potato Fries and they were presented to me with the burger and potato fries burnt and inedible. I have photos if you wish to receive them. However one of your other staff members Yumi cooked me a a fresh burger which was perfect but the whole experience spoiled the evening.

Unbeatable, convenient location a very short distance from Brighton train station, and an easy downhill walk to the main thoroughfare and beyond that the sea front. Personable staff and very clean hotel throughout.
Fairly limited storage in otherwise large and airy room. More than one person, staying for more than a night or two would have struggled to hang all their clothes. Breakfast selection ok, a few items unappealing.

For me the bed and the shower are top class.
I don’t like scrambled egg! I want fried egg. Other than that all good.

Staff were very friendly, they took into account my request for a room far away from lift. Was very clean and fresh.
Air con wasnt working. Bed made noises like the boards holding the mattress were loose, like rattling noise. Tv was a bit temperamental with the channels.
