Location, bar and friendly staff. Inclusive rate good idea but very expensive food otherwise. Breakfast very good.
Room good but as always sink plug useless and no large mirrors. Have stayed there before, this time not so good.

I loved the quirkyness of This hotel and the location is perfect … room was very nice and bed super comfy …. Breakfast was so nice and I will be booking again with this hotel chain ….it’s a shame there is no parking

The carpet in the room felt slightly sticky underfoot. I would recommend wooden flooring for hygiene reasons as I think people are wearing outdoor shoes in it.

Staff were friendly, professional. Bar staff looked after our group well. Rooms were comfortable. location is right on the front.
Extremely pricey hotel for 1 night, you don't get what you paid for, not even breakfast included and it was over £200 and most people are just using the room to sleep in as they go out for dinner. Really should look at their pricing, ripping people off, rooms not much better than a premier inn. The hotel seemed pretty empty, pricing probably the reason

Great location to beach and The Lanes. Beautiful common areas and bar. Clean and well appointed rooms. But best of all, friendly, helpful and courteous staff.

The staff were a credit to this hotel.. everyone of them were polite,friendly and could not do enough for us.. especially the reception staff. The location was great.. and the decor was on point for the theme of the hotel
All I would say if it’s a bit up and down stairs wise getting to room with bags.. and the shower is in a bath that again is a bit tricky to get into and we are fit and strong but a less able person I think would struggle to get into and out of it..

The room despite being most expensive in the property was so noisy and had little protection from the sound of the night life - we were awake until 5am in the morning with no double glazing - such a disappointment

All the staff are very helpful and everything done with a smile. Big shout out for Bella on reception who made our stay really comfortable and enjoyable. Fabulous breakfast. Good size room and very clean.

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade beautiful bathroom extra roomy and bigger bed with sumptuous pillows .
Bathrobe a little snug .
Only hot water for breakfast to make tea ( unless the busy coffee machine did boiling water confess didn't check this )
