Outside light on roof kept turning on and shining through windows. Even though we was on the 5th floor there was a light in front of the window that was on motion

The room was so big and comfortable - we were amazed as we’re expecting a squished family room like we have experienced in other hotels but this was properly sized for our whole family. The staff were friendly and welcoming and everything felt smooth.

Good location and parking.
The hotel is not in gd condition. We could hear and feel the wind through the windows. We ate at the restaurant twice because kids ate for free but the food was pretty bad and the service very very slow! They even gave our two little kids a pasta dish from the kids menu which was supposed to be in tomato sauce but instead had been made with spicy salsa and the girls cried it was so spicy.

Close to seafront and Brighton centre, evening staff were happy and polite
Very outdated, windows were mouldy, door handle fell off in bathroom, sink tap meant water fell onto side of sink, smelt like smoke, life’s took ages from basement car park, lots of workmen who were very polite and always let us use lifts first. Breakfast was average, hard bacon and felt old.

Nice and easy central location. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Rooms clean. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Few renovations going on, but not at all disruptive.
Had some very loud neighbours, but one call down to reception and this was resolved.

We were advised in advance that the AC was not working. The room was comfortable, but didn't quite work out the window latch until late, which meant it was a little chilly at night and only found the heater in the morning. We really enjoyed the food area where the babies were able to play with the toys, which we thought was a really good feature and allowed us some time to eat food whilst the girls were occupied. The hotel is in a great location and was privileged to see the pier the day before the storm took some more of it away. The rooms are clean, and well equipped. There was a little noise from the neighbours, but once the sea air took hold, we settled and slept well. The shower was hot and welcoming, with plenty of room.
