As soon as we arrived the receptionist was very helpful, saved us £10 on parking and a complimentary drink. We had some lunch it was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast included plenty of choice. It has changed for the better as they have updated the Hotel. I could not fault our stay. Will definitely stay there again when in Brighton .
If I’m going to be very picky, for a 4 star I would expect to have a fridge in the room.

The room was a really nice size, the breakfast had a good variety of choice, the hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly.
I booked the room for my husbands birthday I was very disappointted with how worn the room was and it needs some TLC. There was a wrip in the carpet by the desk and I tripped and banged my knee on the cupboard. I did tell reception and they just said they will report it.

The location of the hotel was great. I was able to leave my car in the car park whilst touring the city the next day, The bathroom was very modern and clean.
The air conditioning in my room was broken, the telephones were not working (leaving me unable to contact reception), and there were constant noise disturbances at night, all of which made my stay uncomfortable and stressful.

The location was good. Central to our needs.
Breakfast was fine. Although had to wait for porridge. I think she forgot.
Very confusing with the price. When we booked with you, the price chosen was including car parking.
But the receptionist charged us again.

Great location on the seafront, walking distance to everything. So busy in Brighton that day. Just after Christmas and freezing cold, but the sun was shining. Traffic was a nightmare. Best to walk everywhere if you can. Hotel was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated (I think they're in the process of updating?) Great value as we had dinner and breakfast included, but if you're not a 'family', perhaps try to eat later in the evening? No frills, and probably more a family hotel, but pretty good, nonetheless.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect — peaceful, convenient, and just a short walk from everything I needed. The highlight was definitely the stunning sea view from our room.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable visit, and I would happily return.
Bathroom Sink – Although the room was generally comfortable, the bathroom sink did become blocked a few times during our stay.

Our room was above a hired venue - A BIG CHRISTMAS PARTY - we would have liked to have been told or even moved but we was told it is the Christmas period? Didn't know what to make of that answer. For your reference that party went on till midnight!

Basic 3 stars. Very central, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were lucky to catch a promo deal, so it was good value for money.
Overall, the hotel is a bit worn out and may need some renovation. We told the reception staff that the automatic front door was not working properly but they didn’t seem to care too much.

This hotel is a little old-fashioned, but I would recommend it highly. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great! Overall, I had a very good experience here.
