Disappointing
This is in a great location, the staff are friendly and great. I would challenge a four star rating however.
The vendor machines, the gym and pool area really isn’t great. We were lucky as weather fantastic. The staff make the hotel, but it doesn’t have the finish and feel of a four star. Great location though

Leuk hotel die je de grandeur en sfeer van welleer laat beleven.
Vriendelijke staff.
Geen wc borstel in het toilet.
Te dun toiletpapier (geef 3 laags wc papier).
Zeeeer trage liften.

Very Poor
The staff were pleasant enough. Our room had a sea view.
I booked a superior queen room with a sea view and it was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The description of the room and pictures did not match what I booked. I feel conned after paying extra for a larger room described as 'double the size' and being given something so small that a premier Inn would be embarrassed and the bathroom so small the door almost touches the toilet and blocks the sink.
In the listing it showed a large room, with a shower, bath and large spacious bathroom. A workspace and a table and chairs. There was just enough room between the end of the bed and the TV unit to shuffle sideways. The bathroom as you can see from my pictures was TINY, cramped, with cracked tiles and very basic.
I paid extra for a superior room as this was a birthday trip for my partner's 50th. Despite making the hotel aware of this in advance and upon check-in at the hotel, there were no gestures to acknowledge this and upon entering our room I felt incredibly disappointed and robbed of what I paid for.
I made the hotel aware immediately but apparently they didn't believe a superior queen room with sea view exists and the only other rooms available would all have been a downgrade. Upon checking the Hilton website the room does exist and doesn't match what we were given. Full formal complaint pending.

Wonderful
The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. Attended an event there and stayed and the hotel was clean, modern, comfortable and welcoming.
The car park is incredibly expensive. I was given a discount code for the event i was there for to reduce the parking slightly and the code didn’t work when checking out so had to pay £36 to park.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and so clean as were our room.
The facilities were excellent.
I do think they could have a more varied menu for food in the bar, but breakfast was superb.
Nothing at all

Great location. Lovely, staff and decor
The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. It seemed to come from the air conditioning grill. It was awful! Also the bathroom door was damaged and shower dial cap missing.

Really nice decor and great location
Not so much about the property but no water supplied. Other hotels at the same price point supply at least 1 bottle per person in the room. Also we asked for 2 champagne glasses to be brought to the room and they charged us £3.50 to bring them, not what you expect when you have spent £230 on the room (we upgraded to a sea view on the day)
