Good
Quick check in (earlier than after 4 pm), clean, amazing location, good breakfastf
Small rooms (booked two, both were tiny with tiny bathrooms), always queues at the reception. We celebrated one of our birthdays there, absolutely nothing from the hotel, just ignored… that is a bit weird
No late check out
The swimming pool is small with a very strong unpleasant smell, so even decided not to visit it

They gave me a very small room. The air noise from the window was annoying. I couldn't sleep. They changed it to a larger room, but the air conditioner didn't work and the air coming from the air conditioner was very hot. I didn't sleep the second night. They also changed it to a large room, but there was a machine noise from the ceiling. Every now and then, a loud noise would come out. In conclusion, the rooms are poor and below standard. The cleaning staff don't come to clean the rooms except upon request. When I inquired, they said priority is given to rooms left by their owners. This is strange.

Poor
No breakfast
Room looks tired
Car park horrendous spaces so small and couldn't even get a space and cost to park for 24hrs is horrendous we had to pay the same price in another car park not associated with the hotel , surely you should give ur guest a better rate, cost of drinks highly over priced 1 pint of beer and 1 large wine £27.00 disgusting a complete rip off

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but the restaurant looked lovely! My air con wasn't working and when I let them know they sent a fan up straight away. Very helpful. Staff were great. And we loved the free

Although very busy, the hotel was very well run, and the staff were polite and helpful.
There was nothing to dislike, it is a proper hotel.

Very Good
Very comfortable bed, clean, spacious and quiet room, balcony with sea view.
Slow lifts, overcrowded reception and restaurant, limited staff and facilities. No locks in swimming pool lockers. Dirty room windows. Small choice of food at breakfast, especially for vegetarians.
