The Manageress was very well organised in this property. Located very close to the beach and within walking distance to central Brighton. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Parking vouchers were organised by the Manageress before I arrived. In this way, parking fees were reduced.

Great location. Friendly receptionist. Bed very comfortable.
Very small bedroom, no room for bedside table. Tiny bathroom. One of the blinds did not go down to the bottom of the window. Toilet didnt flush very well.
