The owners were so friendly and helpful, they helped us with parking in the area as it can be difficult.
The room has everything we needed and luckily had a fan as it was a very hot weekend.
I would highly recommend it.

Hosts were fantastic. We received a warm, friendly, helpful welcome. Room spotlessly clean, bright with great attention to detail and good quality linen/towels/products etc. convenient location to walk into Kemptown or the centre if Brighton.
The room was perfectly quiet from within the guest house, but because of the extreme temperature outside we needed to sleep with the window open so the noise of the traffic and some people was disturbing at night. This cant be helped the property is on a fairly busy road. A room at the back would be quieter.

Melina and Julie were lovely from start to finish, and truly make me feel so comfortable. I was solo traveling and it was my first time in the country, and they were so lovely and welcoming!
The only thing I would have loved in my room was a small chair to sit on for coffee/tea besides my bed. Not a negative by any means, but would have been even better!

It felt very homely, was spotlessly clean, and in a great location. The owners were really welcoming, gave me helpful info on good cafes and restaurants, and directions to The Old Market theatre.

It s a lovely stay with two great hosts. Clean room with just enough utilities provided. Delicious breakfast. I should warn you full english breakfast is quite big. I suggest to take half english breakfast which was very satisfactory for one person
The room is a bit small yet enough for one person. The location may be a bit far from the center but again it depends on the purpose of your visit. It is a 15 min walking distance from the center

Very good value for money and large for what was described as a single room. Although it's listed as 'shared bathroom', in fact there was a shower and sink in the bedroom, and the toilet wasn't being used by any other guests.
