The room was close to the beach and shopping areas. Staff was able to help out with room issues swiftly and there was good communication

Location was central. Checking in was online and then through series of codes and lock boxes.
We had a basement room that really needed a refurb. There were stains on the walls, floorboards were really worn, there was mould in the bathroom. There was a consistant high pitched whirring noise and the bathroom had a lingering smell. The floors weren't clean, and the room was very hot. All in all, not good.

Staff on phone changed rooms for me. Polite and helpful.
Problems accessing the room. Staff gave me another room which was quiet but was at the top of the house up four flights of extremely narrow, un level stairs. There was no fire escape.
The floor in the bedroom was not level.
The bathroom had a very strong smell of mild and damp.
The room had a very strong smell of paint.
Floor not well hoovered.
Kettle not descaled or fit for use.
Signage on property not the same as on website and phone number on signage was unintelligible.
No fire escape and staircase not fit for purpose for any guest with even mild mobility issues.

Location was excellent.
We experienced a high difficulty gaining access to the rooms, and the staff were very rude when we called them for assistance.
There were also no desks in the room which would have been nice.

The location was good for us. The room at the front with a balcony was nice albeit a little frayed round the edges.
Perhaps a coat of paint in the stairs area to make it look a little better.

We had a lovely stay here. The location is a two minute walk to the shops and also the beach and there is a grassy area outside for relaxing in the sun!
The room was great, we had everything we needed and we had 3 very good nights sleep. The staff were very helpful and communicated well throughout.
We did have a little trouble getting the key out of the key box but I spoke with a member of staff on the phone who sorted it out immediately for me.

The location is perfect. The room is below ground level but still gets light. The shower is electric and quite tight, the bed was great and comfortable. The only thing missing is a bin in the room or in the communal area.

Great location, right by the beach and also close to shops. Room was clean and comfortable and the wifi was strong. Location was safe and very quiet. Property easy to find and check in was straight forward.
My room (8) was a bit smelly/stuffy on arrival - might be worth having air fresheners in there or opening the window more.
