Self check in was easy. Bed was very comfortable.
Moving around the bed was a little tight and the bathroom was quite small but we did have a cheaper room. Also staying on the top floor was a bit difficult due to the number of stairs.

Wonderful stay 3rd time this year lovely room clean comfortable tea coffee kettle bottle water available, hairdryer lovely clean towels ,toilet rolls , if you need anything more you can put the sign on your door handle and your room can be made up for you, host is fabulous friendly and lovely to chat to made to feel very welcome my autistic daughter is so happy and relaxed here which is so so great very happy to come again and again

Very central location close to all attractions.
The surrounding neighbours were very noisy and theres a building site close by. This isnt the fault of the owners but has put me off visiting again.

Great location for Brighton city centre access
Room was very small as it looks alot bigger in the photos. As theres no parking at the property I used multi storey car park over the road only to be hit with a 56 bill for 48hrs parking

Location very central. Didn't have to ask for hairdryer or iron. Drinks and toilet rolls topped up.
Bedside lights didn't switch off independent of each other both on or both off.

Good situation close to town amenities.
The singularly unpleasant owner (Robert) who has no business being in a public facing role. As borne out by many previous guest reviews, he clearly resents people in general and addresses them in "high parent" mode aimed at making them feel uncomfortable. Not the kind of welcome one expects.
