Wonderful
Quirky decor. Clean and comfortable. Small fridge in room (wish it was mentioned in details, I'm gluten free and often find eating out difficult. If I'd know I could have bought my own breakfast with me)

Clean very well designed and chic
Could of done with being informed of really bad parking facilities nothing local cost another £58 for the 2 days we were there it's on top of a hill so wouldn't recommend to anybody bad on feet. Would probably benefit from a welcome folder giving information on local bus service and taxi also how to work TV map of quickest way to town and local eatery places ,when your only there for a couple of days this would help

Clean, comfortable bed, nice large bathroom. Room appeared as in the pictures.
Property a little worn, the safe was not functional.
When I reread the reviews, I had to check the address to be sure I was on the correct site. No paintings, no bottled water, no great breakfast and most of all no staff. Functions like an Airbnb instead of a hotel. Maybe a change in ownership? When I called for help with the safe and with other questions, the woman was lovely, but couldn’t send someone to fix the safe.
We booked early, paying much more than a booking last minute would have been. Therefore didn’t seem to us a good value considering the above.

Great location. We could walk everywhere once we parked our car in Buzz Bingo car park about 5 min away. Very clean. Even had a small refrigerator. We highly recommend this property.

Not happy at all. I feel conned.
It is with great regret that I must report how upset I was to find that the hotel INNit Cavalaire in Brighton was NOT as advertised. Reviews listed it as a 9.0 star hotel with delicious breakfast. This was not at all true in my experience. First, when I arrived, I could not gain access. I had to be let in by another guest. The front door was locked with no person in sight. When I finally reached an official person on the phone, after gaining entry, that person was exceptionally rude. THE HOTEL HAS NO RECEPTION, NO WELCOME AND DEFINITELY NO DELICIOUS BREAKFAST! To me, this was an AirBnB, not a hotel. If it had been advertised as such, then I would not have booked it. I have used Booking.com regularly and usually been happy with the choice of hotels. However, I now feel that I cannot trust the reviews on your site. Therefore, I will choose a different booking agent in the future.

Location
Is not a hotel. Tiny, wifi not working, late checkin after 1500, late cleanup, noise floor, you can hear everithing, tiny and unconformable bathroom as you can stand up inside, no service over whatsup, no extra services. Cleaning at 1700. However automatic fines if you not comply rules. Not personal presence. It is more a bnb type of room.

Such a lovely stay, the room was very comfortable with everything you needed and great location near Brighton seafront. The host was excellent, so very friendly with great communication. Felt very looked after.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. We loved that the beach was only a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. And we could open the windows for fresh air
Our room was in the basement of the accommodation, so the free WiFi didn't work for us because of poor reception
I got charged twice for the room by booking.com and the hosts themselves. I appreciate that the accommodation team dealt with this situation in a timely manner, and I got the refund the following day
