Great location. The flat had everything we needed and was super clean. Electric kettle and toaster were great to have. Good washer/dryer and handy clothes drying rack. Two full bathrooms looked relatively new. Nicely decorated. Lovely balcony too.
The stairs leading to the apartment are not well lit, tough to climb the stairs when coming back at night.

1. Key collection should be made simple. Cannot expect guest to pick-up the keys from a different address. 2. Parking on holiday weekends is not that easy 3. Please provide a manual of all the appliances in the property. turning on heating within the property was not possible.

perfect location and had everything we needed.
the internal landing up to the top floor were not lit so if you are entering or exiting at night you have to navigate the stair in the dark which isnt ideal.

Generally a nice flat, relatively recently redecorated and a brilliant base for exploring the area.
When we first got in we did observe some issues in a number of areas. That said when we raised these they were promptly resolved and their staff were very professional and helpful.

The location is great. Good to have a washing machine. The sofa was comfortable and it was nice to have a smart TV and very good wifi. The balcony was good for hanging washing out. Great to have towels provided. The customer service was excellent. They answered my texts straight away.
Short downhill walk to all the shops and bus stops and to the beach. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by.
One of the bathrooms had a toilet with a faulty flush and the cleanliness overall could have been of a higher standard. While it was nice to have a washing machine, I had to clean out lint and hairs from the door first. There was something brown on one of the chest of drawers I had to clean off. The balcony could have been cleaned but was not and the mattresses were not really comfortable. The springs could be felt. The duvets were the cheapest ever and ruckled up a lot. The inside windows were grubby with fingerprints.
