Close to all Brighton has to offer
I was woken up with the receptionist/manager stood at the end of the bed asking me to wake up ,telling me I have to pay for late checkout,I don't think she even knocked first,I was asleep as I'd booked another night the day before,but they cancelled my booking the following morning without any reason.total invasion of privacy (as you know,nobody wants to be woken up by a stranger when in your birthday suit) we left almost emedietly and they still tried to charge my card for £25 late fee.not good really,I've stayed here on a number of occasions and it's been a good bet with breakfast.

the hotel is very close to the I 360 and the grand. This was ex student accommodation so not a 'hotel' exactly but offers value for money. One thing I didn't like was the 2nd breakfast. we arrived in the first few minutes as we had an early get away and it was clear that bacon was left from day 1 - not a good thing to do!
Parking
Brighton is a leftist woke town and the council has ensured like many that parking is a cash cow. be prepared to spend £25 a day to park

The staff were friendly and it was secure considering it's very central location, you need to use a key card to even access the building. The room was decent size, the bathroom was good and the amenities such as coffee/tea/hairdryer/TV were all in working order.
The cleanliness wasn't great. The blinds in my room were covered in dust and some mould, the shower head had a couple of hairs in it and the sink was splattered with old toothpaste spit. The towel they gave me also had a hole in it which seemed a little strange.
The bed was also super squeaky so every time I turned I would almost wake myself up, but I had earplugs so that helped.

Perfect location not far from the seaside and train station. I had a good time and I was treated great by the staff.
My room had a few cosmetic issues which I reported just to let them know but it wasn't a problem at all. They apologise and they thank me for letting them know.
