We weren't told on booking that breakfast at weekends was later Informed by a 'managet' with his shirtuntucked tie undone and hair all over the place. As customers don't we pay his wages,? Is that inprofessional attitude considered acceptable,? I don't think do We were told to come back at 8 when we did were rudely told by the girl in the kitchen that it was only 4 minutes to 8 and we could sit down and she would tell us when we could eat She never did . We spoke to several people at Breakfast and they weren't informed either She said it was on the card that reception gave us when breakfast was We weren't given a card We will not return

Disappointing
The location was great - in the center and near the conference venue. The staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was pretty abundant with a great choice of food.
One day a group of security guards stopped us - it turned out that the hotel changed the owner and some financial institution became the owner. It was a pretty stressful situation as we had to give our data again. Another thing - I woke up with some rash all over the body. I went to NHS and they thought it was some food allergy. However, when I went to a dermatologist in my country, they established bed bug bites. They spread so much that I am now taking corticosteroids to get rid of them. I tried to contact the hotel but without any response. My room number was 222.

The location was very nice, everything was in a 10-15 minute walk distance at most. The room was clean.
We got some mixed information from the reception, so the information on Booking didn't match up on what we were told. But the hotel got new owners during our stay, so that may have been the reason.

Mitre House otel looking at then same building with Britannia Study Hotel. And their pictures are looking same now. We booked Britannia Study Hotel through Booking.com, but when we arrived late at night, there was no hotel with this name at the given location. Our reservation was canceled automatically by booking, and the money was refunded, but our whole trip was affected. We had to find a new place at night, our plans changed completely, and we experienced both stress and extra costs. This was a very disappointing experience.

We have stayed at this hotel before and on the strength of that stay booked again. We were not disappointed and enjoyed our four nights stay. The breakfast is a nice treat and supplies a good start to the day.

Nice and simple, easy access, comfortable. Very straightforward for a one night stay. Staff very helpful.
Breakfast was Ok but could do better with scrambled eggs and the cereal options. The room layout was odd - TV above desk, not directly in line with the bed. Plug and light on one side of the bed only. The only chair in the room was the desk chair.Maybe because the room layout was designed for one not two people.
