Fairly basic room but it was large! Great location, super central to everything you need in Brighton and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet room considering how central it was
Some of the fittings looked a bit tired (mismatched wooden flooring and could do with a fresh paint job). Some extra lighting would be nice as it was a bit dark in there.

Disliked the fact my wife got trapped in bathroom because handle did not work, lack of pillows and fan in room noisy but not working

It was very clean and nice and central. Most things were a 15 minute walk away.
Because the hotel is also student accommodation there was a lot, and I mean A LOT, of noise in the hallways. It kept me awake for multiple hours.

Breakfast is actually pretty good and communication with staff via WhatsApp was great
Rooms are extremely basic, beds squeak and the white roller blinds with gaps either side, simply illuminate the room the moment the sun comes up, they’re utterly pointless. Don’t recommend if you like a dark room
