The spa was absolutely insane. It was so clean and completely relaxing. It had an amazing rustic feel to it which we loved. The whole hotel smelt amazing and the rooms were spotless with lovely welcoming bonuses. We are coming back.

I stayed there before when it was uni hotel and I was dissatisfied to see the lift was the same small one from years ago. My room had a window which when I opened the shutter blinds you couldn’t see anything because frosted glass my room was single which was appropriate as I was on my own but no table or chair.

What a fabulous little Hotel felt very Boutique and the spa in the seller is to die for exclamation mark :-)
Not much really as the facilities and hotel and food were all excellent but none of us are perfect so I would say it needs some new carpets or a deep carpet clean throughout as they were a little bit patchy

Stayed in a sea view room on the 3rd floor, view was amazing! Bed was huge & comfy. Decent sized room also.
Room was warm via the radiator but also had a fan heater/air con on the wall.
Bathroom was nice & had toiletries.
The spa was amazing!
Location is very good.
Room appeared clean at 1st but we then noticed above the bathroom door was full of dust hanging over the frame.
Found an old key card under the chest of drawers & there was other bits under the night stands, which told me the room hadn’t really been cleaned properly.
The restaurant in the hotel was really cold & lacked atmosphere. I had a Buddha bowl with chicken but the chicken was so dry I could barely cut it.

Having selected and paid for booking option to include breakfast we were surprised to be told it was only continental and we would need to pay more for hot breakfast. Continental option poor value for money

Friendly and welcoming from the moment you enter the building. All the staff I met were very pleasant, polite and willing to help you with anything asked. The Spa was a perfect end to my day, with the most calming and safe atmosphere

Property was really clean and well located. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Loads of choice both for breakfast and also at the bar. I didn’t use the spa but I had a look around and it looked stunning! Would definitely come back again.

Comfortable beds, staff very friendly and excellent spa treatments
Get the impression they are a little understaffed in bar/restaurant when they have events on and lack of space for residents ie. The event attendees take over the hotels usual facilities rather than having a private bar area etc

Nothing, didn’t end up staying here so checked in to a different hotel.
Not accommodating, I originally booked online, paid for a spa that I couldn’t use as there was a hen do going on, so couldn’t use the facilities as it was busy, the room was cold and the bed was under a window. Old and grubby.
