Inadequate heating, lighting,too much noise via adults and children next to me. and on the landing. Shouts screams 07:00,21:30 each day/ night! Dirty
nappies in bags on landing by my door,ODOURS! Fire notice thrown
onto floor along with refuse.

Not much... I guess the location was good. Three communication via WhatsApp was generally smooth.
The building stank of cannabis, the bathroom light was not functional and replaced with a plastic bag in a hole in the ceiling. The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever used. It was very run down generally and considering all of this surprisingly not very cheap compared to proper hotels in the area, it may have seemed to cost £23 but then with tax and booking fee was around £30. There was decent hotels with good reviews for £35. It would be worth the £5 more for a more comfortable experience. It wasn't the end of the world and provided me with somewhere to rest for reasonable price but I will definitely prioritise other hotels on the future.

Nothing. The staff was not supportive at all, I was left stranded outside. I had paid extra for late check in , despite that I couldn't get in. I would not suggest this place.

This was mi sold . When I booked it said including all charges . It also wasn’t clear that you had to check in online plus they charged me for it. When I got to the property there is no internet in the surrounding area. I called them and explained the problem but they wouldn’t allow access and said it had to be internet. By now I had to go to a concert so had to leave it til after. Finally managed to log in and they charged for check in. Having paid that they then said there was an extra 25 pounds , it sounded like a scam so I refused to pay any more. They wouldn’t allow me access. After 2 hours of trying to find another hotel we had to give up and drive back to London. Then I had to return the nextt day at added cost for my meeting. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Mis selling re the price , I will be going to trading standards , plus if I don’t get my money back will take legal action.

I understand why they don’t have a reception and don’t want to be physically present
Total waste of money, misleading, rude customer service and disgusting
All the pictures on the booking are fake, showing a TV in the room which doesn’t exist
When you ask to give the room that has a tv asking for £25 extra
When you arrive you need to pay those scammers more money for each guest arriving
Downstairs room is used as a brothel so weird people coming in and out all day and night
Heater doesn’t work
When you flush the toilet there is a very loud and annoying sound which goes on for 20 seconds
Customer service on WhatsApp is a total waste of time and rude
