Great location, self check in, big room
Two double beds in one room made the space small, no towels, no soap, first night I had to just rinse myself and dry off with T-shirt, next morning I’ve found hairdryer which was helpful but still had to ask local friend to lend me towel

Nothing.
Dreadful.
Dirty, unsafe, men arguing and taking drugs until early hours, got no sleep at all.
Wasn't even staying in the same building as advertised, seeking a refund as the owner ignores all messages
Can't believe booking.com allow these scammers on here.
Been doing this for years by looks of there reviews
DONT STAY HERE.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
DIRTY, UNSAFE,RIP OFF SCAM

Location that's all
its just not the room that's advertised as the same bright and spacious rooms that's shown on booking.com, I understand The allocation of rooms is full, its quite literally, just a box room the width of double bed old style sash window didn't stay open when pushed up the cord is broken on them the window rattles
Constantly in the wind and Only kept in
place to not move by empty vape box jamming it shut, and it has musty odour especially from bathroom, and dust everywhere and on all appliances and TV doesn't work either its literally a sauna in there
I will be leaving and finding another lodging in a & o hostel, for half the price of the thisfor the 3 nights, the standard is
abysmal for 300 pound for 3 nights im sorry to be harsh but in This heatwave and these conditions its not acceptable accommodation thanks for the prompt response, but im canceling the reservation thru booking.com. i would like to ask to be refunded, if That's as possible, due to the condition of the room, being genuinely uninhabitable

The location was not good at all . And their position was bad bad and bad. I never recommended.
I booked a room with air conditioning and a TV, as shown in the Booking.com listing, but the room I received did not match the description. Instead, I was given a poor-quality room on the top floor even I have a 5 year child with luggage but they don’t care about that for booking me Top floor, with no air conditioning, no electric fan, and a fridge that was not working properly.
The biggest issue was the electrical system. The power sockets were faulty and damaged my mobile phone charger and my hair straightener. I had to buy a new phone charger because of this. And need to charge my phone when I went to a restaurant for dinner.
The staff’s attitude was disappointing. I contacted the property several times through messages to report the poor room conditions, but I never received any response. This was very unprofessional. Overall, the property did not provide the room that was advertised, and the lack of communication and poor customer service made the experience even worse.

Nothing about this hotel was likable unfortunately. We booked this hotel because of the location near the beach and because it was cheap and cheerful. The pictures online on not as they are in reality
Best hotel with more like a bedsit with no human interaction apart from a WhatsApp number. On our first night when we entered the property we realized that there was no fan the room was tiny. It was advertised as a family room however there was a bunk bed with a double at the bottom and a single at the top. The shower was tiny and the toilet seat was broken so there was no toilet seat the water in the shower was freezing cold or boiling hot no in between. There was no electricity so we were unable to charge our phones or switch on the lights. I messageed the WhatsApp number for help and call the number numerous times with no response this was around 11 pm. I received a response at 8:30 am where I was told that the housekeeper will be attending around 10 o'clock the housekeeper didn't come at that time and we had left by then. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to couples expecting a family room or a concierge because they will not get it. It was dark and dingy and more like a brothel than a hotel.

I checked in yesterday and I was not pleased, i tried contacting the hotel but there was no response, and they stated that this is 24hrs concierge support which wasn't true, I needed a second fan as one provided was not enough as the window will not stay up as it wasn't working, their was a strong smell of weed, they also promised,high-speed Wi-Fi, a welcome snack, which I didn't see any and wi-fi wasn't working, after paying additional £9.94 for local Hospitality, i called the hotel no response and i also msg them no response,
