Couldn’t get in to hotel for over an hour and it was disgusting, dirty, no hotel staff, no one would answer phone and tv didn’t work. Shower wouldn’t change temperature either was scorching hot and toilet wouldn’t flush. Stains of yellow curry on floor and only 1 towel, not to mention it STUNK of cigarettes and cannabis. Charged us for getting into hotel as otherwise 27 people ahead in queue?!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Avoid this property at all costs. What seemed like an affordable budget stay turned out to be an extortionate, miserable experience. The management hits you with hidden charges after the fact, including a surprise £4.97 mandatory fee (which no other place does? only this scam of a place) and a ridiculous £25 "late check-in fee" for an AI self-check-in. They refuse to refund either. The room itself looks nothing like the listing photos and was filthy, battered and damaged. The kettle reeked of sewage to the point I was scared to even touch or use it, the bathroom lights didn't work, and the shower barely functioned. On top of that, the walls seemed painted black just to hide stains, the TV remote was under the bed, and the advertised "private desk" is a cramped joke under an empty closet rail that I could not cannot physically sit at. Wifi access was completely unavailable as they gave me the wrong password so I was forced to use my data even though they advertised free wifi. Appalling standards and completely dishonest business practices. I saw a review below calling this place a crack den and I completely agree, it is exactly like a crack den. DO NOT COME HERE!

Awful stay, nothing like the listing Avoid this place. The room bore no resemblance to what was advertised on Booking.com, and it was a genuinely awful experience from the moment I walked in. The carpet was filthy and stained, and the room stank. A window was cracked, which is a real safety hazard. The bathroom and hallway lights didn't work, so I had to use the toilet and bath in the dark. That is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. The bathroom fan was ridiculously loud and kept me awake. The bedding and duvet cover were shabby and not fit for purpose. Overall, the room was far below the standard advertised and well below what anyone should expect to pay for. If I had seen its real condition, I would never have booked it. I've lodged a formal complaint with Booking.com and requested a full refund. Check the photos carefully, and don't assume the listing reflects reality.

Location and security
To start with, the check-in part is a little different but we got there in the end. The actual room wasn’t completely clean and had a few things that need attention, like the shower door with massive gaps, the window that doesn’t close completely and terrible job done patching a carpet. The metal wardrobe is almost unusable because its bent, bashed and rusty. There were no bath towels either even after asking for them. Communication was good but not good enough. It does have a microwave, iron, fan, hairdryer and coffee facilities. We obviously understand what we’ve booked but its below standard in our opinion. Thank you.

Location was good
Requested numerous times to move rooms due to bed bugs and blocked shower. This wasn't actioned or acknowledged! One day the fire alarm went off and there were no staff on site to conduct a fire drill or make sure all the occupants were safe. Also note that fire book had not been updated for 6 months I would avoid this at all costs as the cheap price isn't worth the level of service you receive during your stay! An absolute no and I will not be coming back here!

It was a awful experience, as soon as you enter the property the smell was horrendous, the room was tiny, there was dust everywhere was dirty basically looked like a brothel would not recommend anyone staying there.

The location
You have to get a code to get in. They charge you per person for a deposit for this after you have paid booking.com and ask you to send id over WhatsApp .. the whole process is uncomfortable as Booking.com says not to do this. You cannot talk to a person. The place smells very damp throughout, the beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom is awful and not clean - shower was terrible.
