Wonderful
Everything’s clean, they served a fantastic Continental Breakfast (with fresh fruit salad
The house and the room are a bit dated (which also makes it charming).
The bathroom could be equipped with at least one more small shelf and a few more hooks.

Such kind and accommodating staff. Lovely comfortable big bed and very good wifi. Small bathroom but strong shower.
If you don't have local parking (we have friends with permits in the area) that can be an issue

Superb staff greeting!
My birthday so a bottle of wine given to me , lovely touch!
The room was musty smelling the plug socket by the bedside not work at all.

Comfortable small hotel with everything you need. The smaller rooms are perfect for a short stay in Brighton. Right on North Laines but quiet too. Very good continental breakfast. Comfy large bed and warm cozy room. Don't hesitate.
All good and good value for the location

The staff were all helpful and accommodating. Lydia was very pleasant and helpful, a credit to the hotel we had a party of 6 so we had 3 rooms all of which were nicely decorated and very clean. Near to the hustle and bussel of Brighton but away to not have the noise.
There was a good choice continental breakfast cereal, toast, fruit, croissants, tea, coffee, and juices.
Parking but this is not down to the hotel it's Brighton council mostly yellow lines.

Great location, stylish spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Particular mention for Lydia and Valentina, but all the staff are brilliant. Plenty of parking nearby with a permit purchased from the hotel.

Staff friendly and welcoming and took us to our rooms, which are all themed, bright and clean. Staff the following day were also lovely, made the whole day and night so much nicer. Rooms have an ironing board and hairdryer.
Parking was a nuisance, although staff offered a permit for £14 for the night if you needed it.

Wonderful
Jana and her team team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to see to our wishes. Our rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast was nice, we had fresh fruit salad every day. The hotel is very close to the seafront and the Pier.
Our rooms looked a bit tired.

Wonderful
This was a really charming and relaxed place to stay, slightly off the beaten track so not as noisy as Brighton can be on a Saturday night. The staff were wonderfully friendly and the room was very comfortable.
While we were there, breakfast was only continental, because of building works, but it was more than adequate. We had a drink in the bar in the evening which was very quiet, but also very calm!
The shower was a little insipid and the room was a little small, so it was sometimes hard for two of us to make our way round each other.

Very Good
Location was great, bed very comfortable, breakfast was continental plenty of choice, tea, coffee, juice, cereal, toast, fresh fruit and croissants, cheese and ham. Staff all lovely and very helpful. Free Wifi.
The decor was a bit dated but it didnt ruin our stay, wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Great location, lovely themed room. Staff were exceptional. Was overcharged but as soon as I mentioned there was no problem I’m refunding me the difference.
Breakfast was a struggle, I could see staff finding it difficult to keep up with providing refreshments.

Very Good
It was clean and well situated, very xlose to the sea and to the center of Brighton.
The room could be bigger. And the beds were very soft - that one is one's taste, but I orefer a firmer one.
