I was completely surprised at how nice this place was. I had stayed in a hotel the night before that was twice as expensive and Andorra was nicer than the hotel. The recent renovations make this a great place and I rarely heard noise from the other rooms. I have stayed at similarly priced lodgings in Brighton before that I could not wait to get out of in the morning--disgusting places that charge this amount. This place is a steal at this price. Andorra is clean, comfortable, well appointed. I saw a review in which someone complained of rattling windows. There is no rattle if you adjust the brass knob at the top of the window, which I was delighted to discover. Just a little thing that shows they care about your rest. The curtains make this feel like a luxury place and the desk was comfortable for working. I had room to do yoga in the morning. I was quite pleased with this place and the friendly staff.
The sink was pretty small. It was fine for use but trying to spit into the sink and not bump my head on the shelf was a feat. So I used a cup. :) The price I paid was well worth this minor issue.

Great place in a great location (close to the sea, centre, restaurants and shops). Nice breakfast, lovely room, very comfortable and clean (I was in a double with a private bathroom). Lovely staff as well (family-run place), super helpful and welcoming. The place feels very cosy and warm. I recommend staying there! Bear in mind I don't think they have elevators, but they might have rooms on ground floor.

Great location, plus everything was very, very clean and staff were very friendly
Narrow stairs up to the 3rd floor, but not a major problem. If you are carrying anything heavy, be aware. I'm sure the staff will be willing to help with luggage if you ask them! :)

A fantastic location, room was great, although had to turn the rads off and windows open, cos i prefer it cold, would thoroughly recommend this accommodation, a few mins walk from the Lanes, Pier etc

Very quit place to stay . Loved the all carpet through out .warm room , nice breakfast loved the heated towel rail and heater especially as all my clothes I had on as well as my coat n shoes could dry as I was drenched by the time I got to the hotel
The WiFi connection was very low in the room and the shower was a bit hard getting in and out of but I managed

From the check-in, I felt welcomed. The Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Shower is also good. Room could be a bit warmer thou. Location was great for me, close to transport, restaurants, shops and beach.

The location was tucked away in a quiet little pocket that was close enough to walk to the seafront in one direction, and then the lanes in the other direction. Brighton is a very walkable city so enjoy looking around.
The room itself was comfortable and clean. While the bathroom was modern, it was a little cramped.
10am checkout is a little early these days
