It wasn't my first time staying here - and it definitely won't be my last :-) The guy working behind the desk was very helpful and kind. The lady who offered room service was very nice. The view from my room were beautiful :)

The guy at reception let us check in early which was very handy, room was better than expected and location is great!
A little rough round the edges but it’s alright if you’re looking for a quick stay in Brighton, basement room is under a bar so can be noisy at night

Poor
The location. The bed was quite comfortable.
i thought the room it was a disgrace, especially given the price. The room was very hot, and the wall fan did not work. One side of a plug socket didn’t work (I couldn’t insert a plug into it), the bed throw was shabby, marked and looked unclean, the laminate flooring was shabby and i’m not sure it had been cleaned recently, the little mat (i couldn’t call it a rug!) was shabby and i would consider it a trip hazard. The wall lights by the bed were extremely dim, you wouldn’t be able to use them to read. It was a very expensive stay. I consider it a rip-off.

Great location, easy to find and park. Staff were brilliant, really helpful with the parking permit. Our room was clean and the balcony had a lovely view.
Building is abit aged and it’s abit of a maze to find your room.

Wonderful
Staff were very friendly and accommodating! They allowed us to keep our bags in the building after check out time which gave us the flexibility to explore the city before going home by train. Much appreciated
The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved as there was some peeling paint and mould on the ceiling of the shower

Wonderful
Perfectly fine room, nice and clean, quiet even at a weekend, great value for money. Check in was easy and the member of staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Room was a little on the warm side, and the bed wasn't to my liking, seemed like a cheap mattress but that's my own personal opinion and people's tastes are different.

Smallest double bed I've slept in. Stains on the wall. Lots of noise from. Outside shower floor slippery.
