I really enjoyed the location—it was convenient and perfectly situated.
I was informed that the room would be serviced daily by 15:00. I stayed for three nights, and while the service on the first day met expectations— the bed was made, two towels were replaced, and two bottles of water were replenished in the fridge—things declined afterward.
After the second night, only the bed was made and just one towel was replaced, even though both had been used. I found this surprising and disappointing.
The final night was the most concerning. Housekeeping only made the bed; no fresh towels were provided, and the water bottles in the fridge were left empty. As a result, we couldn’t even take a proper shower. This inconsistency in service was unacceptable, especially given the initial standards that were promised.

Location was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The manager was very helpful with parking permits and telling us where we could park.

Very cosy, neat, clean. Ease of access. It was very quiet with little or no noise at all. Nice neapresso coffee machine which I enjoyed daily in am before going to work. Sky tv in room, good wifi. Tastefully decorated. I didn’t use the common area but its well decorated, comfy, cosy drawing room.
Amgad was very responsive.

Bathroom plumbing needs attention: hot water takes an age to appear; once full, the sink takes an age to drain. Why does the lighting in the room and lounge need to blue so dim?

Amgad was incredibly helpful, especially when I needed assistance with checking in and arranging parking permits. The room was beautiful, spotless and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for luggage/clothing. Good proximity to nearby cafes/bars & restaurants - great value!

We loved the super-comfy bed and high quality bedding. The property and the room was so thoughtfully set up that we felt really cared for. We had the pleasure of meeting Amgad who was charming. We’d definitely stay again!

Great room, great location, very comfortable. Place to hang clothes, make tea or coffee and everything else you would need. Highly recommend.
Room is very compact but that's to be expected.
