Location.
Told after we booked could pay for breakfasts when we arrived got there only to be told breakfasts wouldnt be served as it was winter months if id known this never have booked this place. Winter months sorry this didnt wash with us B.S

Very Good
I was attending an event at the Blackpool Tower so the location was perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very warm and cozy.
I was able to park at the property, but there wasn't a lot of parking spaces.

The room was pleasant, and clean, it's quite a good location, we was greeted with a smile, and was made to feel welcome
It looked scruffy from outside , and the lounge was very unlived in looking,

My room, , 9 ,was quiet and comfortable..
The lady in charge was pleasant and friendly..
Had to phone for access, the door bell seemed not to be working.

Room was freezing no heating came on, left the premises late evening as it was freezing.

The location was fine,, the staff to whom I interacted was good and helpful
1. WiFi network is poor
2. The radiator heater was just ok, I believe it should improve.
3. Room size was small I expected a larger one as compared to the pics but it's just ok I would say

Pleasant
The bed was comfy, the shower was good temperature, the light wasn't working on bathroom mirror so no light in bathroom but light from room was sufficient. Over all it suited what I needed it for (room 1)

Disappointing
Room was clean
Toilet hard to flush, no towel chnge in 3 days, no heating in rooms despite asking to have it turned on and as we arrived at the place, it looked as though it was shut down. Rooms were freezing and cramped with a few teabags and Biscoff biscuits thrown in a plastic tray, no coffee sachets. I read the reviews before booking that were all positive, and can't believe this is the same place as described in them.
