Lovley Hotel , spotlessly clean with onsite parking, Danny, the host was absolutely amazing, he was on his own and still managed to cater for 10 guests. The breakfast was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, nothing was too much trouble.
The shower cubicle was a little small.

Very clean, lovely breakfast included, our room included a kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits & 2 bottles of water, the staff are friendly and very helpful, they have a Bar, and it is close to tram stop with a very short trip to North Pier.

We have stayed here Twice and The Hotel was Lovely Spotless Clean and Danny and Trevor couldn't do enough for you made you feel so welcome...the rooms were comfortable and clean..breakfast was lovely xx
There was nothing we didn't like...hotel is a bit far out but we prefer that nice and quiet..just a short tram ride into the biz xx

The owner and staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
It was clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful.
It was quite a long way along the promenade from the town centre, especially on foot. But there is a tram stop not far from the property that runs into town and back regularly.

A huge thank you to Danny, Colin and Derek! A fab hard working team with Top class hospitality!! Nothing was too much trouble!
Room was clean and very comfortable! We had a partial sea view on top floor which was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and was served with great care!
It was an awesome location, Tram stop just across the road, short ride into the centre. Plenty of places to visit and eat nearby. Lovely to be set on the Promenade front to watch the evening sunsets!
Would definitely return and recommend to others!
