Home away from home, within short walking distance of the train station as well as the many attractions and venues around the beach. Room was small, but included everything you’d need for a short stay and the owners were very friendly and welcoming should you require anything else. The self service breakfast was plentiful in continental choices.
Luckily I am short, but someone with long legs would struggle to sit down on the toilet without swallowing their knees

Simple room but just what I wanted. I was there to wash and sleep for 1 night only so the room was ok for that reason. Tea coffee making equipment and a variety of items to use, TV was a little dated and signal issues but used it for background noise mainly while showering and having a brew. An excellent assortment of breakfast items, enough to feed an army. You certainly won't go hungry with everything from tea and toast, fruit, about 10 different cereals and more. The member of staff I met on arrival was very nice and polite, greeted us with a smile and showed us where everything was.
Overall it was a very pleasant stay, I would recommend here if you are looking for somewhere nice and clean and in a great location for the centre.

100 yards from central carpark, 5 minutes away from the winter gardens,
Nice warm very clean room
The landlord Bob was very helpful
Free parking out the front of hotel if your early.
Great selection of coffee
Kettle nice and clean to.
I stayed in room 5 it was really quiet.
No English cooked brekky, but there was continental I didn't try this as I nipped to the cafe.
It is stated that the breakfast is continental so fair play.
All in all a good all round stay in a nice little hotel,
I would definitely stay again .

The room was clean and had everything you would need and the bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in.
