The owner was really friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and had bottles of water, crisps and biscuits on arrival. There was also a fan that was much appreciated in this warm weather! The breakfast was continental self-service which was full of options that catered for everyone. Located within walking distance to the sea front and main shopping area. We can't wait to stay again!

Wonderful
Perfectly situated near Blackpool Tower. The house is very well maintained: clean, fresh, well decorated. The house of course has age and character but it's so clean that there's no old/musty smells. We parked right across the road at the central multi-storey and it's a short walk to the B&B. We stayed in a room for 4 (2x adults and 2x children) which had 2 double beds, desk & chair, smart tv, tea & coffee facilities and fresh clean towels. The room size and private wc facilities was perfect for 4 for a weekend break. We were so surprised by the variety of options available for breakfast: there was so much to choose from and everything was fresh. Host was friendly and welcoming but not at all intrusive which can be a fear of a B&B. We would have no hesitation about coming back and staying here again with family. Now we know it exists and is good, it'll be top of our list for staying the weekend.

Our stay was wonderful, room was lovely and comfy and had everything you could possibly want and more
Continental breakfast Well what can we say? It was fantastic, even the fussiest person would be overwhelmed with the choice, the best breakfast we’ve ever experienced, wonderful friendly staff, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, we will definitely go back and stay there again,

First time staying at this hotel. Host was welcoming and so friendly. Room was lovely and tidy and clean. Cooling fan was already provided in room due to heat which we appreciated. Hotel was quiet which meant we all had a great sleep. Breakfast was very good. So much choice for a continental breakfast. Great selection of teas and coffee too. Location was excellent. Wish we had booked for more than the 2 nights. We will most definitely be back again.

Very welcoming host. Very attentive. Room spotless. Good continental breakfast. Loads of choice. Homely with nice personal touches. Nothing a bother.
Quiet.
TV was smart so difficulty accessing. Not huge problem as weather hot.
Cooked breakfast would be bonus.
