The hotel was so clean and my room was exceptionally clean with pride and thought put into this hotel and my room
The bed was so comfortable I slept better than I do in my own !
I have never seen a breakfast room like this anywhere I’ve stayed before there was so much choice I couldn’t imagine anyone not being happy with the vast selection of breakfast items available they cater for every like I think.

Where do I start everything was amazing the beds were so comfy nothing was to much for Bob and his wife they helped us no end highly recommended will definitely be staying again.

We had a lovely welcome where we were given our room key and told the WiFi details. Then we went to the room which was immaculate and the beds were so comfy!! The room wasn't huge, but it was prefect for us and we literally just slept there anyway. They did offer a continental breakfast, but we didn't get up for that - we chose sleep over food! I would definitely return.

Great location, very close to everything going on in Blackpool. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The TV connection was a little dodgy but that’s okay. Breakfast was great, there was SO MUCH choice from cereal and toast to cereal bars, noodles, chocolate, croissants and everything in between!
There wasn’t really anything not to like. The hotel was a little dated but this doesn’t have any effect on the stay and decor is personal choice!

It was the second time we have stayed at the hotel.
The hosts are lovely and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean, with all of the facilities needed. The breakfast was lovely. Good easy access to the town and main attractions. Overall, excellent value for money and highly recommended.
