Only good was location
All of it very poor condition signs of serious roof leak light not working on 2nd floor padlock on fire door illegal WiFi poor at best most of the time non exist advertised as b and b no breakfast one toilet for ten rooms never again

Everything was how I hoped it would be. For the price I paid. I was very happy with how clean it is. And staff are extremely nice and helpful. I will be back next year
I didn't like that booking.com hadn't put the canceled room through on b+bs side but did mine. I panicked for a split second but hostess put me at ease instantly. And sorted everything for me.

It was clean and tidy, the owners was amazing and was so helpful, the tv didn’t work as the aerial was broken, they got it sorted for us straight away.
There was nothing I didn’t like, everything was exactly how a family hotel should be. Maybe a few vending machines just incase you feel peckish and can’t get to the shops in the night.

Loved the location and the staff were amazing
We were on third level and was very clean just a bit of a nightmare up and down stairs with a 9 month old and 3 year old
The stairs not that we had some there was bit too many with kids

Moved from my first room that was ok to be told I have to go in a box room with my 1year old daughter.Needs new mattress,decorating somewhere for a microwave. Had to spend all day out of the hotel as it smelt fusty people arguing at daft o'clock smoke alarm blasting at daft o'clock. I just think if the owner is chasing in do something with the place. It as completely ruined the holiday as I'm in no rush in going to Blackpool every again. Avoid this place

The guy who did check in was friendly. It's centrally located.
My room (10) needed some storage eg a chest of drawers or a wardrobe. There were a few coat hangers on the bracket for the TV - that is all. The room was quite drab and depressing - there were hooks on the wall but no pictures to cheer it up. The shared toilet was down two flight of stairs, wasn't very clean and the room was very narrow making it hard to 'clean up' after a number 2!

The smell of the bathroom smelt dirty felt unclean. The kettle I didn’t use looked unhygienic.

TV didn't work signal was causing it unwatchable, the bed quilt was old ripped shocking and other room smelt of damp the WiFi turned off at midnight
Also you got no tower view mainly a wall looking out the window

Filthy, mold on the all rooms, cracks on the wall. Old dirty paint. No fridge, no clean bed covers, the carpet dirty and smelly. And so on .
