As I had a single room, I had to share a toilet down the corridor and also the shower upstairs. But I was on my own so can’t complain

The location of the hotel was excellent for accessing the best of Blackpool (shops, arcades, attractions etc.)
The pictures of the room were absolutely nothing like what we got, the pictures show a lovely decorated room with a view of Blackpool Tower but we got a box room reminiscent of a bail hostel with a view of the side of the building next door. We were asked on arrival if we would like a cooked breakfast and at what time, we said 8.30am, when we turned up for breakfast we was told we would have to wait until the shops open at 9am so they could go and purchase the bacon. We ended up having toast instead. When we did get a cooked breakfast on our last day, we were provided with one piece of what appeared to be vegan bacon (without being given the option of having non meat option), a spoon full of cold beans, a hash brown, sausage and tomato. The room next to us had started to be cleaned on on Sunday only for everything to be left outside the room (rubbish and a hoover) which was still there when we checked out today (Monday). The dining room looked more like it was used for storage rather than serving food. To sum up this hotels listing is the building equivalent of a catfish. I don’t see us returning to this “hotel” at any point in the future.

It was in clean, no clean dining room. The tables were full of clutter not set up for breakfast The photos on booking. com are not right the place is disguising, dirty, smelly. We had no towels had to ask for them and the ones we got giving were dirty, dirty shower curtain, dirty carpet, dirty walls in bathroom, bedroom The fire exit had a padlock on it so if there was a fire down stairs we would have been fxxxed Do not stay there…..

Got to hotel to find all rooms were booked they moved me to another b&b called belroy 2 doors down
Room was small carpets were dirty looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for a while stunk of damp like wet dogs come to have a shower there was no hot water wallpaper hanging of walls was disgusting then went down for cigarette and the people who run the b&b was outside smoking drugs terrible place never again needs condemming

I paid for a superior room and it was nothing like the pictures I also paid for breakfast which I did not even get breakfast or any information for the time of breakfast so I generally feel that I was ripped of on the price that I payed

Mouldy walls, blocked sink, shower curtain was dirty, bathroom light didn’t stop flickering, mattress had scratch marks as we changed the sheets

Nothing and no hot water it’s a ghost hotel no staff stay on the property there we’re single groups off men drunk and loud
It was knot clean at all very outdated very thin quilt on bedding was very cold
