Breakfast was lovely and so was the owner.
Location was good.
No shelf in toilet to put my things on.
The shower didn't drain very well so had to keep turning the shower off to make sure it didn't overflow.
The owners Grand daughter was left with us while she was doing something and as much as i like children i don't want to feel like i am having to play hide and seek when i go away. Grand daughter also said that she had been sick the night before and that was after she had been close to us.

This was a fantastic bed and breakfast. It was very welcoming and homely. Cat was a fantastic host, where nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb. To quote my 13 year old Son, "It was banging." I am lead to believe that this means he really liked it. I have stayed in Blackpool quite a few times and can say that this was the best I've been to by far. I would recommend West Vale Villa to anyone and look forward to my next visit.

Ive been going to Blackpool for 47 years so stayed at a lot of B&Bs - the hosts here are great very welcoming and do anything to help - the property was beautifully kept and extremely clean - breakfast was lovely- will definitely be back here!!

Catherine extremely friendly, looked after us brilliantly, breakfast was probably the best breakfast we have had in any venue we have ever stayed at.
Beds very comfy, rooms clean, was nothing to fault with the location as in 5 minutes we was at all the main attractions in town.
We shall definitely be staying at this property again in the future

The hosts were absolutely fabulous, lots of advice of places to eat and places for lovely cocktails, a lovely little chat every time we saw them, about our day, their day, and recommendations.
Breakfast was fabulous, just the right amount to set you off for the day, the bed was extremely comfortable.
The only little thing I could moan about was the mirror was far away from the plug do my hair and the lightning was fabulous for putting on makeup.
I did discuss this with the hosts.

Lovely Place, Catherine the owner was so welcoming and helpful. Place is spotless, bed was comfy and the cooked breakfast was good quality produce and not greasy at all. Couldnt have chosen a better place to stay in Blackpool and just a short walk to the prom.

The hotel was in a good location. Owners were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was cooked lovely
No choice of cereal before cooked breakfast. Beds not very comfortable. Pillows need changing they were very flat.

Catherine and Damon are lovely people and will go out of there way to please you. Anything you require for breakfast is no problem and the cooked breakfast was fabulous . Facilities are great an beds super comfortable. We will definitely book again next year and bring friends.
