The owners are absolutely lovely and friendly.
Nothing was too much trouble when asked and went above and beyond. The room was clean and tidy.
Will definitely be back next time I am in Blackpool.
The location is perfect for the beach, and the promenade.

location was great lovely owners
price we paided it was not value for money only had one plug socket in room it was a small double bed not a double room my side of mattress was raised up on one side small tv on wall only had one mirror in bathroom room was small, one set drawers small closet. didn't have breakfast because they only used semi skimmed milk no options for blue milk

So out dated stayed in room 3 no double glazing floor boards squicky furniture missed matched smallest TV ever no bar open breakfast 8.45 till 9.15 abit of a rush when you have got to check out at 10

I love this place, and the connell family are so welcoming, we go every year and this is our go to place
unfortunately, the toilet seat didn't stay up, so you kept getting a smack on the back, but it was no bother at all

Great location. Breakfast was lovely, well organised, and the staff were very friendly. It was our birthdays and the staff left us a card in our room which was very thoughtful. The hotel was lovely and clean and warm and comfortable

had the most amazing stay. where the hotel was was perfect right in the centre of Blackpool but mostly nice and quiet at night time but they again me and my kids can sleep though anything. Also the breakfast was amazing and kept me had the kids full more most of the day which is a amazing thing. definitely going to book again next year. also the fact I've said we book for my daughter birthday got there and there was a card and some cupcakes for her thought that was an amazing unexpected touch.
there wasn't anything I didn't really like many a few more plug sockets.
