The hotel is in a very pleasant location and the facilities are excellent. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Very helpful staff at check in. Whilst I didn’t use the pool or the gym they looked great and given the price I paid, the hotel was excellent and exceeded expectations. It would be great to spend a couple of days here to make use of everything on offer. The bed and pillows were comfortable too. In terms of value for money I couldn’t fault it

The staff were nice and the room was fairly well kept
The gym and spa were filthy, no male changing facilities so had to change in the golf changing room and walk to the pool over a disgusting floor. The pool was cold, the steam room didn't work either and the place was full of men that made my partner feel very uncomfortable

Facilities brilliant, staff on welcome desk and breakfast diner brilliant.
Spa staff lovely and friendly.
Food from the bar and restaurant absolutely terrible.
We ordered room service in the evening however I'm sad to state I found 3 black hairs on my 2 year old sons food, hidden within the sweet potato fries and he also struggled to get one out of his mouth which I find disgusting and vile. Have some professional standards if working in a food environment.
I'm not one to confront people, especially in the presence of a child. I expect standards to be much higher and didn't want to create a scene, so management I'd kindly suggest you get some professional kitchen staff as that ruined my stay..

Love the location, the pool and the staff
This was our third visit to this hotel
We changed rooms because we weren’t happy with the location. If we had only been staying for one night I would’ve put up with it but we were there for 3. The filter in the bathroom was thick with dust. But the most disappointing thing was the changing rooms for the pool. They were renovating so put the women into the men’s changing rooms and the men into the golf course changing rooms BUT the men had to walk through the family changing area to get to the pool. My partner walked through the door unaware of this and a lady was getting changed, very embarrassing for both of them. Also the changing rooms were filthy with clumps of hair on the floor near the showers and none of the lockers worked. It would’ve made more sense to leave the men in the male changing rooms and have the females in the family changing rooms. This really spoilt our stay. We only visited the pool that one time even though we had paid extra for full access.
