Not enough space in the room for disabled user plus no shelving to be able to put items in the bathroom making it difficult for spouse/carer supporting disabled user . Please add some shelving in the shower room thank you

Pools wer nice and so easy the food
There was no telephone in the room to speak direct for room service had to do it online and didn't give you the option to remove source from the chicken wings that ment that was me out of bed and away down to the restaurant and I was having a lazy day so that pissed me off lol

The first room we were offered overlooked a flat roof surrounded by other rooms, even though we had booked a room with a view. We asked to be moved. The second room had a view of the golf course, which was lovely. Reasonable breakfast buffet, but very busy and noisy. Comfortable bed. Car parking was included in our package.
Advertised as 4 stars, would rate as 3 - more like an overpriced Travelodge. Dining room classed itself as a Sports Bar. Very noisy with people banging doors throughout the night.

Location was good next to the park. Clean modern rooms. Good pools inside and out. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Could do with air conditioning as the room was 29 degrees in a family room which was unbearable to sleep in. Didn’t sleep at all and my niece was up crying all night as she was too hot even though we had too fans in the room which circulated warm air around.
There was nothing for young children to do, no play area.
