Breakfast was great, bed was super comfy.
Room was a little dark and view was rubbish onto a roof and into a corridor. Strange smell in the room.

The food in the evening and breakfast was very nice, and all of the staff we spoke to were very pleasant despite the significant demands being made of them.
We were travelling as a couple who thought (wrongly) we had booked a SPA hotel to relax. Far from it - this hotel is aimed at families and children, far too busy, and the noise levels were at times unbearable.
I also did not like the automated check-in, and when I did try to ring reception to ask a question, the phone was picked up and immediately disconnected.
If this hotel had been advertised more as a family fun stay, we would probably not have booked

I like the fact the hotel has a indoor pool and outdoor pool there isn't any others in Blackpool with that and loved the fact their was steam room or sauna to choose from. Had a good time would come again!
The rooms was too hot felt very stuffy and couldn't manage to turn heating down but luckily they had fans

Bar staff were very good also so was the food
It was a very warm and humid day. when getting to our room it was roasting and i was in formed no rooms had air conditioning. The swimming pool was dirty the men's changing room was being refurbished and the family room had nappies hanging out of the bin with excrement on them. Unfortunately when you find problems like this dozens seem to appear but the rest was kind of acceptable
