Bar staff were very good also so was the food
It was a very warm and humid day. when getting to our room it was roasting and i was in formed no rooms had air conditioning. The swimming pool was dirty the men's changing room was being refurbished and the family room had nappies hanging out of the bin with excrement on them. Unfortunately when you find problems like this dozens seem to appear but the rest was kind of acceptable

Room location very noisy from early morning as ground floor overlooking outside pool.
No decaf or herbal teas available

Breakfast, staff and hotel on a whole was great
I can’t remember requesting a quiet room and not sure why I would have. Room was too warm and only a portable fan available, could only open the window so far. There wasn’t enough towels in the room ie a hand towel for using after washing hands and was only provided with 2 toilet rolls. Work was been carried outside our room on the golf course from around 7am which disturbed sleep

The bed was so comfortable, I dont sleep very well and I had the best night's sleep in a long time.
Room decorated beautifully. Lovely and clean room.
We got a club room so we could use the pool on our stay but didn't end up using it as it was really busy. Also there was a couple in the pool inside kissing with hands all over each other, really awkward!!! It was a bit of a waste really getting getting gym and swim.
Poor view of half the outdoor pool and carpark. Was hoping for a lovely view.

Old man feel over in hallway at night he didnt wat room he was in couldnt find staff to help him so i carryed him to reception he said he. Was on floor for hour

Location close to hospital. The grounds are beautifully laid out.
There was no air on in our room and we couldn’t have the window open at night due to a constant droning noise from the floor below.
