Nathan in the Pub and Grill was really helpful and ensured we were happy with our meal. Swimming pool was excellent. Really good breakfast, eat as much as you want!
Dirty stained mattress. I do not want to sleep in someone's dried urine and other bodily fluids. Not acceptable when mattress protectors cost so little. This is not the first time we have encountered this problem at this hotel. During the booking process, I requested a clean bed, not too much to ask for is it?
To be fair we did get a room change with clean mattresses!

Put me in a disabled room at the back of the hotel with loads of screaming kids playing on field right at side of me
Bed was tiny basically just a basic room I ain't happy

Stayed over for 1 night. Hotel is beautiful and staff very friendly. Bed was so comfy to so a bonus. Pool area is fab as there's an outside one which is great. Definitely be booking again for next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
