Clean and tidy, lots of things to do swimming pool booked amazing but didnt have time to use it. Starbucks is great to grab a coffee on your way out. Bar and Grill great value for money. Food is great service could be better. We also visited the helter-skelter restaurant buffet style restaurant. Very disappointing. Food was terrible and we were the only ones in the restaurant which sat around 50 to 60 people 20 per adult 10 per child Saturday was a curry night. There was no curries suitable for children as they were too spicy.
Hotel has just been referred clean and tidy rooms are modern, very comfortable. Only downfall has. There was no towel hooks in the bathroom. Its only one hand towel for three of us over to Nights
Property was clean and tidy, freshly painted, freshly refurbished, bright and spacious

Great location, clean rooms & good coffee!
Having to pay to park and also use the swimming pool. The hours to use the pool are restricted and didnt work for us as a family. staff on arrival were chatting with friends which didnt create a great 1st impression!

We liked everything all under one roof, booking the extra pass is worth it, the gym, 2 pools, steam room and sauna is great, they also have adults only times, which is nice.
The hot tub was still out of order which was a little disappointing, as my daughter stayed in August and it was also broken then too. We went 21-23rd Oct, so that's a long time for it to be out of order.
The rooms were clean, the food at the grill was very good.
All The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We also had to change dates from Sept till end Oct, due to a family emergency, The staff sorted this for us, no problem, which we really appreciated.
We would definitely book this hotel again
We booked a extra large bed but only got a double which was disappointing.

Not much. It was clean.
The disabled bays were full of work vans. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. The sink did not drain. There are no plug sockets in the room, only USB sockets. I sleep with a medical device thats needs to be plugged in. The tv did not work and we were told an engineer would fix it when we left.

Location
Room not to standard, no latch on the window so it was constantly open. The blind canopy was broken and when i tried to close it the canopy swung round and hit me in the head. Complained to staff on check in desk but nothing happened. Very poor.

The gym and pool were fantastic.. this was the main reason for choosing this particular hotel and we used both for a good couple hours and really enjoyed it.. overall the room was comfortable and the bed was really nice.. the view onto the golf course was nice.. breakfast was OK but the layout of the buffet made for quite long queues around the hot food section .. the food was quite varied and freshly cooked...
The check in process took almost half an hour as our room wasn't ready, the receptionist gave us a voucher which we had already said we couldn't use as we were going out that evening.. the room was obviously rushed to be cleaned as it was quite dusty, the spoons were dirty and there was a dried up pair of contact lenses on the carpet which cut my partners foot..

The hotel itself looks lovely from the outside and it has a great little walk on its surroundings.
The breakfast wasn't great for the price you get charged per day. Especially children. The plates were dirty and one morning we went for breakfast we couldn't get seated and had to leave the hotel and go else where.

Great location for the Zoo and getting into Blackpool.
Just unfortunate that our room was near a door that didn't have a slow close and kept us awake for two nights.

Location, Staff, Breakfast..Bed comfy
Room was dirty. Cobwebs around windows, rusty heater, carpets worn and badly stained with vomit and drink spillage. Floor didn't appear to be hoovered. Pillows too soft. Marks all over the walls. Shower was leaking from the head because the gasket has rotted. Stains on the headboard. Twice in the night we were disturbed by people hammering in the room door trying to get in!
Bar/,restaurant was very expensive even by Blackpool prices for indifferent food.
I'd even paid 15 for early check In for this disgrace as we were attending an event at the hotel.
Stayed at the Village Cheadle two weeks ago and it was far far superior to this dump.

the dated decor & furnishings in the room, the stuffy atmosphere, there was no air conditioning, there were no complimentary biscuits, there was a light bulb missing, & a light bulb not working in the wall lights!
