The food was lovely,great breakfasts,and lovely evening meals,pkenty of choice.
Buddy Lee,Terry Cotta and Paul Schofield where very funny ,Rebecca was a great sibger.
Only one minor thing,waa the fact that in the restaurant there waa Lurpark butter,but no HP sauce or Heinz at breakfast,just cheap alternatives. However HP sauce and Heinz sachets where available in the lounge bar downstairs.

The staff were all very helpful, enough choice of breakfast, and evening meals for everyone's liking, great evening entertainment from 8pm - 12 midnight x
Downstairs bar closed at 5, but you could use the one on the 1st floor, but wished it stayed open until 6ish, but I think it was due to staffing.

Entertainment room got very hot in the evening and they should open the bar next to the reception so you could have a nice drink in the evening

It could do with more hand rails on some of the staircases and some better better lighting on the stairs and corridors .

The lift was out of action for 3 days and with my wife having breathing problems it ment we could not access our room as we would have liked to. some of the guests were informed about the problem but knew nothing about it till we tried to use it to take out luggage up to the room and had to carry it back to the stairs case then up to the room.

The breakfast was good, even though we hadn't been told where breakfast would be served, or the protocol on arrival for breakfast.
The Room 116 was tiny.
The bathroom was ridiculously compact.
We looked out onto a dirty yard.
The kettle was small, which was acceptable, only the bathroom basin was so small I couldn't fit the kettle under the tap.
We were there as we were attending a funeral the day after, but it was also my birthday, so we were just trying to ' lighten the load' a little.
My husband asked if we could be relocated but was told there was only one other room available that night and that we would be charged an additional £25. When I went to reception later on, the same young man said he would sort something out for me, which he did. He also apologised and said that he wasn't sure why we had been allocated 116 when there were so many other rooms available that night...

Firstly my request for a lower ground room due to back problems was met couldn,t have been more happier,all meals were .of a great choice and variety to meet everyones prefrences, plenty of room in dining room .
only fault was bedroom window was not safe or stable for being on a ground floor,when window was shut and handle in the locked position i could still just push it open with just my hand applying pressure without moving the handle back to the unlocked position .
