We liked everything about the Hotel . Food was excellent and room was very comfortable and clean. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and very professional. WILL BE BACK .

THE BED WAS TOO BOUNCY. THE ROOM WAS TOO HOT AND SERIOUSLY UNCOMFORTABLE, WE HAD TO ASK FOR A FAN WHICH, LUCKILY WAS AVAILABLE. THE FOOD WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE CUSTARD WAS TASTELESS
THE SATURDAY NIGHT ENTERTAINMENT WAS DISAPPOINTING. REMINDED ME OF BUTLINS RED COAT NIGHT ENTERTAINMENT. IN THE PAST THE ENTERTAINMENT HAD ALWAYS TOP QUALITY.

Well where do a start, fantastic hotel, value for money, excellent location, 5 min walk to weatherspoons, south pier , the food was superb, service fantastic and of course the staff, friendly polite, and made our stay really welcoming, definitely will be back

The lift was tiny but OK for 1 person, the shower dripped all night an leaked into the bathroom so spent most of the night mopping up
