The staff are lovely and the entertainment was fantastic. The food is great and drinks package super value for money.
The rooms and bathrooms are dated and bath was very old and stained. Toilet flush was temperamental.

You wasn’t able to accommodate me with a walk in shower, so had to have a strip wash. I didn’t realise you didn’t have any disabled equipment in your hotel.
