bathroom coud be bigger and not enough room aroud toillet, no proper handrails on stairs
at least one bar shoud be open at night because not everyone wants to watch the show.

It’s very clean and rooms have been updated ai and food 1st class
The only thing that I didn’t like was the smoke machine when acts are on I lost my voice as Im asymmetric

Food amazing. Great staff. Entertainment brilliant. Room was newly decorated and very clean. Not a bad location.
NO LIFT. Plus hallways are very drab and needing work done to them. No descent lounge at front of hotel. Very bland and old fashioned. Room was fine . Had been decorated but rest of hotel needing done up. Xx

Entertainment /food/staff and location all excellent.
Beds need updating to king size too small for a comfortable sleep more facilities for people with mobility problems .lick of paint is needed and replace worn out carpet on stairs , use of some air fresheners would also improve musty odour on stairs .
