Everything we loved entertament was fab staff couldnt do enough for you close to all amendments
Stairs were very steep and when in the lift wasnt very clear to rooms you could easisly get lost

It is in a great location. Receptionist Michelle was excellent.
The property may be challenging for elderly guests or those with limited mobility, as some rooms are accessed via stairs and there is limited accessibility.
Additionally, some of the canteen staff were unprofessional and, at times, quite rude. There were instances of staff raising their voices across the restaurant at guests, becoming unnecessarily involved in guests’ personal matters, and using inappropriate language. This affected the overall dining experience and could be improved with more professional and respectful communication.
Also some rooms felt dark and birds feathers found in room.

The entertainment is good, location is good and so was the breakfast
Bathroom smells like dirty water ( room 122 ) they masked the smell with bleach didn’t find the cause of the problem?

We loved every bit of our stay with you.all staff very welcoming and always happy to help .thank you all so much for making our holiday.
We did not like the choice of food on evening meun.and was not offered much choice. But the breakfast was outstanding couldn't ask for better.

The food, staff, comfort and good entertainment.
The gentleman entertainer on Wednesday evening sang opera which was far superior to his distasteful jokes.
He needs to stick to singing.

Food was amazing and plenty of it .
Room was a bit dated & staff entrance/ intercom was under our window.

Food was really good, and plenty of it.
Good choices as well, and piping hot.
Room was too small for two adults.
Bed was way too soft.
Shower was tiny, and you couldn't turn round in it.
Room was on the 4th floor, but lift only went to 3rd floor, and you had to carry suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs. Sea view was nice, but didn't enjoy the constant music from the fairground opposite. Right up till 10.30 on a Sunday!
