It was amazing, very clean and tidy, the apartment is very comfortable, the beds especially so! Kitchen is well equipped and the separate shower room was a massive bonus as we have a teenage daughter lol…….
Only downside was all the stairs and no lift but we are a young family so we didn’t have any problems, just getting your luggage up and down the stairs could be an issue if older.

Twelve apartments are a fabulous place to stay. I'd stay over Christmas 2024 and had a really enjoyable experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the welcome pack was much appreciated. The bed was fantastic and a great shower, too. Twelve is situated on the North Shore and is in a very quiet location, ensuring a good night's sleep. Would highly recommend it, and I will definitely book again.

How close it was to the sea and the hospitality we got was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable and wasn't a hassle to book.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Maria was helpful on arrival.
All was excellent. It was a pity the weather wasn't better but it did improve by Thursday!

Great stay, lovely gestures on arrival, chocolates in the fridge for the children, milk and apple juice! Television had Netflix and YouTube. Tram stop practically right outside the property. Lovely stay thank you Maria!

Very well considered and spotlessly clean apartment . Lovely host. Everything you need with no excess ‘stuff’, all clean and new. Great showers! Quiet area. We didn’t cook as we were out meeting friends but I would definitely cook there otherwise, well catered for
